Tina makes me feel good about my physical strength with each workout! Not only do I see REAL results from BBT but also my body & workout habits have changed for the better!! I see muscles in my legs & arms that I never knew I could have:-) Tina provides a safe space at BBT for me to focus on my physical well-being, working on strengthening & toning muscles that I couldn't do on my own, and her expertise teaches me something about my body with each session! Thank you Tina for helping to keep me healthy & feeling good!!

Tina is a wonderful person and an outstanding trainer who is very knowledgeable about her profession. Her personality shines during every workout. I cannot count the number of times I walked into her studio feeling down or beat up from the day. An hour later I left in a much better mood. My health and mental well being improved dramatically. Tina is a great teacher and motivator. I highly recommend BBT!
