Covid struggles and was told I could hold off payments until covid was over a payments missed would be on tail end of mortgage. Only to find they lied and slapped us w 11,000 that had to be paid. We are done w this bank!! Liars!!

Being a business owner for years I have dealt with several banks in multiple different states. I must say this branch is by far the most rude and inconsiderate bank I have ever come in contact with. The same way on three different occasions. I advise anyone to take their business and hard earned money elsewhere.

Drive thru hrs listed on Google as open til 530pm. Supposedly hrs updated recently. Arrived at 510pm and I'm not surprised. Not. Open. I really dislike this bank. Can't wait to move to a different one

They’ve not deposited my work check for 2 days. Was supposed to go in on Wednesday. Apparently they had some sort of power outage where they have their ACH deposits enter. I was told 4 times over the last 2 days when it was supposed to be deposited. It’s Friday at 3:20 and I still have no deposit. I’m out of the country and they’ve left me hanging. Closing my accounts when I get back.

They are ok if you don't mind old school. Drive through is always slow.

All of a sudden they decided to charge me $6 per cashier's check after 10 years. I can get same check for $3 anywhere else. For your long term customers you should be more flexible. I'll cary my account somewhere else soon.
