Without hesitation Jim and Dwayne went out of their way to get under my Jeep and give me a diagnosis. They spent a good amount of time and didn't charge me a dime. They didn't have the machine to fix it so got nothing out of helping me..I would send anyone I know to this shop. They are Class Acts.”
“I had some damage on my car from when someone hit me. I was told about Bates Paint & Body from a family friend. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and they had it finished the following Thursday. The owner was super nice, and answered every question I had about my car. Everyone in the shop was friendly and they even washed my car before I picked it up. Fast and friendly service. “Perez Collision Center is now the ONLY place that I will ever take my car, and the only place I will ever recommend. This is a family owned business and this family takes their business very seriously. The Customer Service is beyond compare. They took me to my rental car facility when I dropped my car off with them and they picked me up there when I went to pick my car up from them. They kept me updated on every development. They called me with questions and always asked my permission before they did anything. And on top of that, they got my car done five days sooner than they estimated. My experience with Perez Collision Center was nothing short of exceptional, and my car was perfect when I got it back. So kudos to them for the wonderful work that they do. The painter did a great job at repairing the paint back to its original condition while the dent specialist did a great job with the PDR (paintless dent removal). “I've been a fan of O'reilly auto parts for too many years to count that's the only auto part store I've gone to for several years now in 2 different states.The service is always prompt these guys know what they're doing. They're not just employing some d*** dumbs to operate a cash register.They almost always have what you're looking for at that stop and if they don't have it they can get it they're pretty damn fast.I won't go to any other auto parts store”

“My daughter had her car fixed after some one side swiped her and these guys did an awesome job fixing and painting her car so when mine got hit i took mine there and another awesome job. They are great people to work with and got it done in a very timely manner. I have a 2015 terrain and they did such a good job matching the paint I can not tell it was done.
