Both of the vehicles that my husband and I got from here were done for in a month. The first vehicle, was our fault. But the second vehicle, they said they would help us out with our truck and then backed out when it came down to it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Purchased a 2014 Kia Soul. Sure it’s had a few issues but a used car with over 140k miles isn’t gonna be the best. They’ve kept their word on fixing any issues that arise and they’ve always done us very good. They’ve been patient with us when rough times hit and I’m very happy to have chosen this car lot to buy a vehicle from. If you’re someone that reads reviews before choosing your place to do business, try to ignore the bad reviews because these people have been nothing but good to us and have kept their word on everything.

If I could give this place negative stars I definitely would. Do not purchase a vehicle from this place, even if it’s a hard time and can’t get a vehicle somewhere else. You will be putting more money into fixing the vehicle than you would be paying for it. They will tell you they will fix anything wrong in the first thirty days and then won’t. We purchased a vehicle and within the first few days felt the transmission shifting wrong. We took it to them, they said to bring it to the shop and they’ll look at it, well enough the transmission was bad (while still within the first thirty days) they refused to fix it. Then we found a leak in the power steering pump hose, the breaks literally snapped in half while driving the vehicle, the vehicle doesn’t hold oil so probably a leak in that as well. They will sell you a lemon and not think twice about it, and will refuse to fix it. We called them multiple times in regard to fixing it, they declined all calls until we called from a different number. Let alone the poor customer service, and the rudeness of the front desk lady.

Poor and unprofessional customer service, mainly receptionist Reda. Say’s they’ll work with you but don’t, understanding that things happen. Vehicle was repossess and said you have 10 days from the date to get belongings, but once you make those days items are missing out of vehicle. Once called upon the owner is suddenly “out of town and unreachable” asks if anyone else there that you can speak with regarding the matter “your vehicle has been parked and locked since the day it was towed!” So asks for tow company’s information phone number to ask about items…. “We trust them and been dealing with them for over ten years” as if you’re lying and the things that you keep in your car we’re never there, for instance an expensive car jack to name ONE of the items STOLLEN.

Great place to get a car. People are nice and Dennis is the Man to talk to when you want to get into the right car for the right price for whatever your budget can afford. I bought two vehicles the same day a truck and a mini-van. Thank you Dennis!!

Worst car lot ever!! I purchased a vehicle from Auto Mart 2 weeks ago and it's been to the shop 3 times already.. They talk a good game but once you drive off the lot it's your leasing it as is. They told me I was harassing them because I called about the issue.

Do Not go through this place! They are terrible people and their vehicles are rigged up me and my husband could have been in a terrible accident on the interstate! the truck we purchased from them the tire rods broke and the wheels completely fell off and we almost got hit by a diesel luckily my husband was able to stop the truck and get it off the intestate. They did however give us another truck but it was no better the muffler fell off driving down the road and then it got to where it would not start and they would not fix it! Do not waste your money on this place.

So many 1 stars, but I have never had a problem with them. As long as you aren't late on your payments (I've personally only been 1 month late) as long as you call them and communicate, they will work with you. And I know some places charge obscene WEEKLY Late fees, this place only has a Monthly late fee... of $10... just saying. Thanks Dennis for the awesome truck you helped me get over a year ago! (Also, if you are looking for a specific vehicle, they will work with you to try and get you that kind of vehicle).

Bought a boat from the owner and his father for 35000 dollars. Boat needed a new motor and they wouldn’t pay to have it fixed. They told me they would only pay half. Then when I asked for payment they treated me like I was trying to screw them over. Not honest people. Don’t care about people they are just about the money. If you don’t believe it look at his Facebook profile. All about money don’t have a care in the world for doing what’s right. Do not do business with them!
