We were forced to change the delivery system for our internet. We were told it would be better anyway. It isn't/hasn't been better. Instead, our TV spins and freezes in the middle of shows and often takes forever for shows to load. It's annoying. Even our cell phones have worse inet in the house on our WiFi. If is so annoying.

I am a Google Partner, and am providing the worst possible feedback for what is supposedly the fastest WiFi. It’s constantly down. I would suggest you get the Trenton Drive Area fixed in 24 hours or this review will remain at the top of Google for all eternity. 4 days is a long time! My family rely on this service and you have enraged me. Sincerely….

Every single month there is an issue with our bill. We got a bill 3 days before a shut-off notice, no 24 hr support and we work all day and get home around 9pm. If we call to speak with someone, the automated system gives one price, an agent gives another, and another 800 number gives you a third price. I've been overcharged for services I don't have, lied to, been told my bill is $120+tax/month but every single month pay a different price (for example, I'm fighting a $229 bill right now and this isn't the first time). This is the most dishonest company I have ever been associated with and I'm canceling service the second I'm able to. I would HIGHLY recommend going with ANY other service. DirecTV/AT&T is a bunch of theives.

Always in court for overcharging customers. Poor performance. Not people I want to deal with
