Just got the new iphone 15+ and pro max. This was my first new phone/line ever, Jason Ybarra was so helpful in every way.My boyfriend and I had the easiest transition to at&t because of Jason. He answered every question we had and assisted us with everything we needed.10/10, we will be back! Thanks Jason!:)

I went into the store to upgrade my phone, while speaking with the employee I made sure to make it clear that I did not want any other add ons besides upgrading the phone. The employee assured me that he did not add anything else onto the plan fast forward to the bill and I notice 2 extra charges that were added onto the bill. Younger brother had the exact same thing happen to him 2 months prior and that is the reason that I asked for verification multiple times in which I was lied to, not a good look when ever it’s the store manager that we spoke to on both occasions.

To the Fort smith Rogers location, next to 5 guys...I have been a steadfast customer of AT&T, always meeting my financial obligations in the hope of receiving the reliable service I pay for. Unfortunately, my loyalty has been met with disregard and neglect. My experience, which spans over several months of frustration, has compelled me to share this review, in hopes that it may bring about a change that so many of us desperately seek.As someone who has adhered to the terms of service and paid my bills without delay, it is disheartening to realize that my commitment has been devalued. The recent ordeal began with a persistent service issue which, despite my best efforts to resolve through the proper channels, was met with apathy and unprofessionalism. I was incredulously advised to "figure out things on my own," an unacceptable response when seeking support for a paid service.The lack of accountability reached its peak when a manager, rather than taking charge of the situation, informed me that not only was he unable to rectify the service issue, but he was also incapable of closing my account as requested. Such impotence in the face of customer dissatisfaction is bewildering and raises serious questions about the efficacy of their management structure.It was only after reaching out to someone above this manager that I found a willing ear and received the apology and compensation due for the prolonged inconvenience. While I am grateful for this resolution, the underlying issue of managerial ineptitude remains unaddressed.I am far from alone in this experience. A cursory glance at other reviews will reveal a pattern of similar grievances, pointing to a systemic problem that demands urgent attention. It is time for a managerial reevaluation, starting with the ousting of those who have repeatedly failed their customers.I call upon AT&T to take immediate action and honor not just my loyalty, but that of all customers who have felt undervalued. We deserve better. We demand better.

Was told about a promotion and they didn’t enter correctly so now my bill is $30 higher than it’s supposed to be. Went to store and was told by manager I would get a call back after he talked to his manager and he never called back. I have tried calling multiple times and they won’t let me talk to him. I would leave a 0 star if I could.

Nafis assisted me in purchasing an IPhone 14 pro max. The phone was ordered and arrived quickly and he transferred my media and contacts from my old phone. He got me a good deal and got my monthly bill lowered. I appreciate his professionalism and expertise.

On 9/7/2022 I received excellent customer support from Mr. Nafis Davis; the manager at this store located at 5609 Rogers Ave. My phone situation was handled with promptness and professionalism.Please Note: They very recently relocated from the building situated in the parking lot to their brand new building within the line of other storefronts.
