I had a really GREAT experience, when I dropped by today (Mar. 14, 2019 about 9 a.m.) to discuss opening a savings account & possibly move some of my accounts here from my current Wells Fargo accounts. The person I worked with, Landon Post, was very cheerful, friendly, professional, relaxed, and relaxing. I felt particularly comfortable working with him, in that he gave me all the information I asked for quickly and efficiently; and, best of all, I never had any feeling whatsoever that I was being pressured into opening an account right away, or that I was being steered towards one particular option over another. I really felt like I was valued as a customer, and that he wanted to be sure I got all the information to make the best decision, on my own, about which of the various services that Arvest offers were right for me. 5 stars out of 5, so color me "100% SATISFIED".
