Do not handle anything online if you are able to go in and see Katie! We were extremely frustrated dealing with our online rep and so were the other partners involved. “ABFCU was started for the employees of a great American truck company. My wife worked for ABF for many years. Very good credit union. However, they do a great disservice to their members by using an Indian call center. Very hard to deal with non Americans when there is a problem. They would do better for their members if they paid the extra money and used an American call center.”
