One of the most shady brokers out there. They lie, will use your truck and trailer as a storage unit just to get loads picked up. They will also reset your tracking to lie and say you wasnt somewhere. Luckily my truck has its own tracking. These people can't be trusted, the 5 star ratings are their dispatchers and others that are directly affected by commission. Read the negative reviews before booking. I sat on a load I picked up on a Thursday, supposedly delivering on Saturday. There was no Saturday appointment, they played games until Monday and then set up an appointment to deliver on Tuesday. They sent me Monday to Dallas to cross dock the load, when I arrived in Dallas they knew nothing about it and told me I'd have to leave. On my way back to the DC (50 miles both ways) the dispatcher reset my tracking and claimed I never went to Dallas, my truck has its own tracking to prove that I did. But they continued to lie and say I didn't. I sat for a week on their load and was 1300 in the hole that week because of it. Dispatcher on the phone was laughing. Let these guys go down. They don't deserve to be in business. They're deceitful.

On a deadline we made an order, promised it would be here in 1-2 days local. "no later than Friday". The delivery company tries to schedule it for a week off. Finally he agrees on Friday. We bought it based on it arriving by friday. We hire people to be ready to take it from truck for safe keeping. They say "Must answer phone or they wont deliver" We literally wait by the phone from 8:30am to 5:15pm. no delivery. No one cares. said the item was refused BS. We have cameras everywhere NO ONE SHOWED UP. contact them at 5:20 they said they were waiting for the driver to call a manager would call. Still waiting 3 hours no call. They don't care. If you own a company and you use this lame company, you're stupid. They cant seem to get their job done.

I just discovered the walking path east of the parking lot. It's just beautiful and I have decided it belongs on my list of parks I visit to give my little man and myself a daily walk.

ArcBest delivery service was outstanding and the delivery was without incident. Victor, the delivery gentleman was professional, kind and courteous.

They lost our shipment for 4 weeks, then found it in their warehouse. Then day after day they said it was shipping and cancelled without notice (3 times), each day I stayed home from work like a dope. I'd suggest a horse and wagon rather than these idiots. Their Supervisor would never pick up the phone, but they would let you sit on hold waiting for him a ten minutes at a time. Horrible, terrible, one star is too many.

This company is a real disappointment. It took 7 days for them to get a shipment from Las Vegas to Reno...and its less than 500 miles. The shipment arrived on Tuesday, but they won't deliver it to the final destination (35 miles away) until Thursday...and their window of delivery..from 9-5. Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs if you are looking for good service

How do you give a half star? Don't let the sometimes low price fool you. This company will nickel and dime you with all kinds of hidden fees. It's ridiculous. You will receive a quote, book it. Once it is invoiced you will call and ask WTF? Rip off artists. The company they contract for Final Mile deliveries are horrible. Good luck finding a CRS to follow through on a delivery issue. Stay away from this company.

Absolute scam...they call prior to arrival and ask how will WE get the pallets off the truck. I asked if they had a lift gate and was told that this would be an additional fee to use the lift gate....what?!? Stay away from these "lift gate" con artists

Terrible customer service a "Dean Shorewood" told me do I want a call back or not ? When they misplaced my 10 thousand dollar 900 lb sauna and are a week late with not only delivering it but finding it entirely.

My grandfather ordered driveway gates for his home and had a terrible experience with this shipping service. After over a month of scheduling and shipping issues they were unable to deliver the product. They made up excuses at every turn, prolonging the process and never coming through or delivering. One such excuse was that they "didn't have a truck available" and that they should have it tomorrow, then the next day, then the next day. Then they didn't have the proper equipment to load the product onto their truck. Then they didn't have the correct route to drop off the product. Etc etc, it didn't seem like anyone ever knew what was going on throughout the process and it was always an arduous process just getting answers to our questions. We would recommend against using this shipping service if possible.

Shipment has been rescheduled for 3 different delivery dates over nearly 2 weeks. It's a $7000 piece of equipment for my business and every time I call, I get a different answer as to when it will arrive. Was just told that " it may arrive tomorrow but I can't be sure because sometimes they change the trucks on us". I think they literally don't care.

Dropped off pallet on the 9th Of February. Got a notice that the person had not received they're item on the 21ST!!!! Called up the main number to find it still in Dallas. The idiots in San Antonio misplaced the pallet so did not get it there until the 15th. Then the morons in Dallas misplaced it and was still there when I called on the 21st. The idiots then said it was n a truck going to Denver where it is supposed to be going. Next, I called and it was in Amarillo T??? (WTF) The pallet was supposed to be delivered there by the 14th per there time frame, not mine. Then they had the nerve to say it was the weather when the office I called even said it was misplaced!!! (Twice now). What a pathetic delivery company. Will NEVER use them again
