Kelly at Alfords was so very helpful when were VERY indecisive about which flooring we wanted to use in our Airbnb cabins! The one she picked looks way better than I could have ever imagined!!We also had the opportunity to select some tile for our bathrooms! Thank you so much to KELLY, Austin, Liz, and the installation crew at Alford’s‘s. They were very polite, courteous, understanding, and went above and beyond to help us. I am so pleased with the outcome of our new luxury vinyl plank flooring It looks absolutely amazing and beautiful and just changes the whole look of the house. The installation team was very courteous, they even came and installed the new flooring during the winter storm. I recommend to all my friends and family that if you need any type of flooring to go to Alford’s‘s and ask for KELLY, I promise she will go above and beyond for you.

We are so very pleased with our new Luxury Vinyl Flooring. It was so easy to work with Alfords. They were professional, friendly, efficient and got us on the installation schedule quickly. The installer was friendly, courteous and a very hard worker. He worked very fast and he exhibited excellent workmanship. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Great experience every step of the way. We met Kelly in the showroom and we told her what we were looking for. No pressure, no big sales pitches. She showed us the choices and let us make the decision. Kevin showed up the next day to take measurements. They sent us an estimate a couple days later. We agreed the price was worth what we were getting and set up the install date. The absolute worst part of the whole project was removing everything except furniture from the floors in every room. We filled the garage with boxes of electronics, shoes, knick knacks, etc. When the installers arrived, they removed the old flooring and installed the new. They were very fast, very professional and answered any and all questions. When they started putting the old baseboards back on , I had them stop. After looking at the old baseboards and the new floor, I decided to have them install new baseboards. I should have thought of that before, but it didn’t register until I saw it. Now that it’s done, we love it.

We started out on the struggle bus with another company and after a few months we demanded our money back and headed to Alfords. Purchased, delivered AND installed in under FIVE days! We ordered a large patterned carpet and its beautifully set in our new space! 10/10 installation team and front office!!!!!

We had the Jackson Hill Luxury Vinyl Plank installed in part of our home, 1.5 years ago by Alfords, and were very pleased with the product and installation. Today we had 2 more bedrooms and closets with the same flooring installed and again we are very please with the product and installation by Rick and Tony.
