They were able to use my existing alarm equipment and change my service over very quickly. The salesperson and technician were very professional. It was important to me to have someone local to monitor my alarm system.

Ridiculous one sided contract, overpriced monitoring, high pressure sales and in my case extortionI bought a home over two years ago that had a perfectly good alarm system already installed. When I recently contacted Alert Alarm (they had monitored the house for the previous owner) they were happy to talk and showed up unannounced the next day and began messing with my system while I read through a very one sided three year contract with automatic one year renewals at what seemed to be a high monthly price. I wouldn’t sign and checked around. Apparently there are several national companies willing to do the same monitoring job for one quarter the price and without any contract. Once I informed them that I was going with someone else and asked them to release or transfer my cell modem to my new monitoring company, nobody at Alert Alarm seemed to know how to do that. Finally after several days and numerous calls their salesman called me back and tells me the owner is willing to release my cell modem for $200. Just to be clear it’s my equipment, I owe them nothing but they will try to hold my modem hostage.

They always answer the phone no matter the time. I trust their monitoring, as they have called me more than once in the middle of the night when an alarm has been triggered at our business. Great local company.

Once he understood my situation he took decisive action to personnally come on a weekend and ensure our property was brought current and protected. We have had Alert Alarms protecting our business for over 7 years now. Their surveillance equipment is top notch with excellent clarity and the app works flawlessly on our phone to be able to monitor the store remotely at all times. The techs that come are always professional and friendly and get the work done correctly the 1st time so we are rarely without access. DON’T SIGN that contract! We enjoyed using Alert Alarms while we lived in Fort Smith. They are quick to respond. HOWEVER, when we moved out of state, they would not cancel our service. When we proved our new residence was out of state, they refused to cancel our service. We are still paying for service when we don’t USE the service!

Paid them a $1,000 to go away, they have contract options, but did not show me any of these up front. Sold my home and did not need service anymore. I had told them I was planning on moving. Signed up for a 3 year agreement, asked if we could work out a deal and they offered $100 off of the buy out. Told them to keep it. ****Ask about your options up front, it is not necessarily set in stone (3 year contract by default).***** I will be looking elsewhere in the future. Hope this helps. They did do an excellent job on the installation and monitoring. I think they could be more open and up front with their monitoring options.

Greg and his team did a great job recommending the products that were right for our family and they did a great job on the installation. The technicians stayed all day to make sure everything was perfect and did a great job of explaining how to operate everything. Great customer service from the whole team!

These guys are great at what they do! They are very helpful & nice! They dispatcher is local & very helpful! Whenever I have had a problem they fixed it right away! The bigger company's I have had in the past weren't very helpful at all! I have this alarm company at my house & warehouse with very good service & support! I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone & everyone! I personally know two different sells guys that work here & they know they are very knowledgeable & super helpful! I'm will stay with this company for the long haul!
