Don’t go to Adorable Pets on Towson Ave. Told them I wanted my Aussie to get the same cut he always gets in went into great detail. They gave him a bath and charged me the same price they usually do for a cut and said that I communicated to them incorrectly what I was wanting. They refused to fix their mistake or pay me back.

Horrible experience with both my dogs i will never yse them again. My shitzu nose was cut my terriers face was burned by the clippers.

They cut my shitzu nose while they were grooming her. They did not say a word to me about it. It started bleeding after i got home. Her face was not well groomed. I won't be using them again.

These dogs are kept outside even when it's cold & raining & they bark non stop all day. I can only imagine how disgusting & unsafe it is inside the place.

Have had the wonderful workers here take care of my miniature schnauzer multiple times, always pleased with the results. Also have used their boarding and again great job and know my dog is well taken care of.
