This is an incredible moving company. They were professional they were courteous. They were fast and they were cautious with my items. I appreciated them very much. I would recommend them to anyone moving.

My sister and I needed to move the contents of a 2 bed/2 bath apartment literally from one to another a few units down in the same complex. Other companies we looked at either had terrible reviews or were far too expensive for how short a distance we were moving. We got a reasonable quote from them, and were very pleased with the experience-two movers came with a truck, asked what needed to be moved, and got right to work. Took just over a couple of hours, and they were professional all the way. Will definitely consider this company again if we need to move in the future!

Overpriced, incompetent, they disassembled my bed, and left the hardware strewn all over the floor, used two trucks when one would have worked, there are several items that I no longer have because they didn't bother to load them, had the wrong destination zip code which added 160 miles to the estimate. I was told that it would take 6 hours to load the truck. It took half that time-something else that was most likely effected the estimate. If it hadn't been for my son in law doing the bulk of the unloading, I would have had to purchase a second storage unit.

I try to give people the benefit of doubt, but I moved in December and used this company. I packed almost everything myself and they made one trip to my new house in Van Buren. They came back for a second load but would not deliver it that day because it was after dark and I live on a dirt road. They delivered the rest of my stuff the next morning, which was, of course, my bed, clothes, towels, etc. I was charged almost $900 for a move from Fort Smith to Van Buren. I do not have a lot of furniture. My aunt, who moved from Bloomer to Van Buren with an apartment full of stuff cost less than half of what I was charged. I do not recommend them at all.

Worst moving experience ever!! We have been professionally moved all over the US at least 7 times and never had a nightmare like this! We have a 3-4 bedroom house and have always been moved with a semi, but this time Harris moving used 2 box trucks and crammed all our stuff to get it to fit. In doing so, there is not one piece of furniture that doesn't have scratches, rub marks, missing pieces of wood etc. because they were so crammed together and rubbed on each other for the 7 hour drive. Allen's response is to fix it with a wood touch up pen. He handles his own insurance (vs. an actual insurance company which is normally what is used by professional movers), so don't plan on getting anything covered by insurance because Allen will reject your claim. Even if you find enough to meet your deductible (ours was $500) he'll find a way to get it below that and then just delete your claim. Fortunately I packed everything I could in boxes and NONE of that was broken, just the furniture and bigger pieces that he had access to. He has the WORST customer service and treats his employees horribly! The treadmill repairman who inspected our treadmill (that was ROLLED down a steep grassy, rough hill) said he couldn't believe people like this stayed in business. Yeah, I can't either. Hopefully this warning will help others before their possessions are ruined with no option for repair or replacement.

I work with movers all over the country in a variety of capacities and have seen the best and the worst. My work with A Harris on 11/20/18 involved unloading a semi truck and moving games for a local restaurant. They were one of the best moving crews I have ever worked with. Ever. Extremely fast, efficient, good teamwork, and professional. I couldn't have asked for any better. Highly recommended. Great job guys!

Bittersweet experience! They were helpful with the heavy things and charge for 2hrs of folding and straightening out the truck BUT I still had to go back and get the boxes. I was told that they can't take boxes if they are loosely closed. When I called the office to verify, the manager gave the impression that I had did something wrong.
