Great customer service, experienced servicemen, great prices. I don't do high tech washer and dryers. So glad places like this are still around for ppl like me. Kendall and his crew even do house calls and regular maintenance on your appliances. Thanks y'all ?

Love this place. GREAT prices, amazing customer service, and super friendly. I bought a washer. They delivered it the same day. Unfortunately, the struts were bad on it, but when I called, they sent someone over right away, and they fixed it on the spot. Highly recommended.

Super nice and respectful workers, but the head guy didn't listen to me and kept giving me the run around. Paid for parts that weren't working and parts I didn't need and waited forever for a different part and nothing was being fixed. Ice maker won't work if the freezer isn't freezing but paid for a new one because he said that is what it was but didn't listen to me that the freezer wasn't even close to the right temperature and said oh well this is the part you need.....I wasted probably $300-400 on Parts and service fees and it still wanted to charge me more for other parts to try and fix it! Um noReply to your message:I'm not on ur service currently, and you couldn't find me by my name when I called before you found me by my address. I talked to a woman once to make an appointment that is it, It was always a man that answered the phone and talked about parts and issues. Also at the time I was having issues I was needing help and no one was answering there phone and so I drove me and my son to your store and a man said oh well the owner is out on vacation and will be back in a couple days and anyone that could help was on a call. It took 1-2 months for a part y'all claimed you ordered and I never received a call to update or anything. So I called and finally said oh we are sorry we will get that to you like it has been sitting at your store. Long story short, if you truly don't know what is wrong with it, don't keep charging service fees when you come with a new part to "try"and fix it and then you can charge a service fee. I now understand that Samsung refrigerators are hard to fix and find parts for and won't ever get another one. With that all being said, most of the employees that came to my house to work on my fridge were super nice, respectful and professional. You just need to fix a few things with your business. And whoever reads and responds to the review I doubt we ever had much contact for you to really know what was going on.

Their products suck and they have roaches... I haven't even had my washer and dryer a full year and they both keep messing up do not buy from this place. Owner is really hateful and rude.

I purchased a refrigerator from this business in January of this year. I was told I had a 60 day warranty on it if it lost cooling, the ice maker didn’t work, etc. The warranty policy was not disclosed/discussed at all when I made the purchase. The ice maker didn’t work. After four failed attempts at “repair” I asked for my money back and was told they don’t refund they only repair. Doing business with them has been very frustrating.

Bought an old kenmore washer from them works like a charm, as soon as something started leaking they came out that same day and diagnosed it, something didn’t seem right and they have no problem adding me to the schedule to come back out. Definitely recommend and will go to them for future appliance needs/services.

5 months ago I had them come out to fix my dishwasher. I advised them that the control panel was bad prior to there arrival. They showed up stood in my kitchen. Charged me for a service call. Didn’t even look at the dishwasher other than to get model number. Every time we call they are rude and refused to complete the repair even after they took money from me for basically nothing! Wouldn’t recommend at all!

2nd Chance Appliance is by far the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. One lie after another. Kyndell told us on Aug. 15th that his wife would order motor for our dishwasher immediately. Needless to say motor was never ordered. First excuse given to agent from LG appliance who contacted Tonia (c o-owner ) was that she thought her husband had ordered. Attempted 9 times to contact 2nd Chance, they would not answer phone call from my number. Friend call over to listen and witness conversation. We used her phone to call, and Kyndell immediately answered. Again said his wife had ordered part, and she would call when she got back from picking kids up from school to give us order number. He proceeded to smart off and state "I suppose you are going to check us out". I contacted LG this morning only to be told part was not ordered. I texted Kyndell and told him he hadn't needed to lie if he didn't want to do job he should have said so. Proceed to tell him now it would end up in court, and it would cost him a day off work as well as damage his reputation. Within 5 minutes I got a very nasty call telling me it was LG's fault we didn't have part, and go ahead and take him to court, and if I said anything against him he would be taking me to court. This was followed by an e-mail from wife, full of lies as usual. Contacted my credit card company to have charges reversed. If not reversed I will be filing a court case against these liars. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy. Glad that I live in an area of professional people so word of there actions will spread rapidly among the community. Hopefully it will spare someone else from dealing with individuals who are only in business to scam people. Would give them a minus 100 if possible.

Bought this fridge on Thursday of last week from 2nd Chance Appliances in fort smith on Midland Blvd. Was told everything on the fridge worked and it was in great condition accept the Dent on the door my husband paid cash and was told it also has a 60 day warranty we get the fridge home plug it in and hook up the water it starts flooding are kitchen we call second chance back and tell them we want to bring the fridge back that we were told it was all working and it obviously not the women says it turns out our guy forgot to tell you he order a filter part cause it wasn't working we say okay we still want to bring it back we were told we have a 60 day warranty and you lied and told us everything worked on it wether u forgot about the part or not she says oh we don't do refunds the 60 day warranty only covers us coming to do repairs so we agree to let them come look at what's wrong with it and work on it they come on Monday say yeah it's the filter we will get one and come fix it as soon as it comes in woke up today realized the fridge wasn't making any noise at all went in there to realize now the fridge isn't cooling or freezing at this point I'm heated I call the lady tell her now it's not even working at all she says okay I will have them come look at it I say okay but if this fridge isn't working can you bring us one that does till y'all fix this one cause obviously you sold it to us said everything was okay on it then tell us you forgot to mention it had a broke part on order she says we don't have any in store but they can come look at it I'm posting this to let everyone know do not buy from these people they are scammers and liars we went in to get this fridge with are 5 month old baby and was told everything was perfect with it only to be told after we paid and brought it home that they ordered parts cause it was broke a good company would have refunded are money and took the fridge back because they were at fault for forgetting to inform us about the broken part but they didint do that I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Came to buy a used replacement drain pump for my front loader washing machine and heard that this was one of the only places in ft. smith that works on front loaders. after getting a used one (and I know used isn't always the best route to go) I went back home and installed the used one and it was worse sounding than the first pump. after returning back to the store to get my money back (like promised... if it didn't work I could come back and get my money or another pump. which was said by one of the employees) one of the employees went and looked for another pump, gave me a completely different style of whirlpool pump and said go home and try this ( trying to get me out of the door) and I called him on it knowing that it was the wrong pump for the washer. and then the boss shows up and tells me that I cant get my money back for a used pump. the pump was used and broken when I got it. and they guaranteed me that it would work the first time. the boss said he would get me one but I will cost me.. keep in mind I can get a brand new one 10 dollars more than what I bought the used one for. very unprofessional company and wouldn't back up anything they said, didn't seem like the employees knew the company's policy. honestly wish I could be leaving a good review and brag on the company but I just cant with this kind of customer service. and they couldn't care less that the pump that they said would work flooded my house. merry Christmas I guess

I purchased a washer an dryer from there they were very nice but they had to replace Motor in the dryer first week we had it they came got it had to order a new motor which cost them $232 to be exact is what she told me then I get it back within about a week again it’s screeching so loud you can’t stand it I call they were supposed to show up on a sat an see what problem was they never showed I was having a garage sale that weekend so I no they never showed!!!!! Tried calling sent video of dryer got disconnected from lady but she said she was getting her husband’s then they never would answer my husband calling back to back!!!! Not very professional my daughter is Marissa Harvey by the way she made the other review and I have text messages lol to prove it wasn’t out of warranty!!!!!!!

Washer and dryer and refrigerator from 2nd Chance Appliance and the people were extremely friendly and gave me a good deal. I am very happy with my appliances and they even gave me a guarantee. Got to talk to the lady and her husband that owns the business not just a salesman. Very nice people. Thank you from a senior citizen. I will recommend you to others. .
