Horrible service! DONT COME HERE! They shattered the nuts on my wheels and ruined my rims. They refused to pay for the repairs and forced me to spend more than necessary for something they broke.

Went to get some new tires for the road Damaged our rim/wheel, broke the nut to get the wheel out and they refused to cover the cost to get it removed , got charged $40 to get it removed somewhere else , which caused more wheel/rim damage and didn’t want to give discount or refused to cover any damage they cost!!!! Don’t recommend coming here!!!

I get tires and my brakes fixes from there...I LOVE this place..my gray Toyota Carolla 2013 always be happy..40 for a use tire 40 for front brakes 40 to get back done as long as you bring your new brake pads..I LOVE them truly..

I had an amazing experience today, after being turned away from Wal-Mart who didn't have the tire "in-stock", I made a quick call to Gray's, explained that I was in an emergency and they got me taken care of in less than 10 minutes, with an amazing price.I highly recommend Gray's for any local or traveler with tire issues in Forrest City.

I needed a tire for my sons car, the guys who woke there are extremely friendly, and they are fast. We were in and out in about 15 mins. I bought a used tire, it was in excellent condition and cheap!!
