When it was Micro and had the right Management it was a great place to work. Now not so much definitely flip flopped is now owned by a foreign company from England named Essentra!!!!!

Horrible customer service . You email them and never reply back with an acknowledgement nor lead time! they don't want to compromise with an ETA because if they don't meet the date they have an excuse to charge a cancellation fee .

Bought the 100 count weather resistant cable ties. Worst product ever, they break if you put any tension on them. How could you make such an inferior product? I will make sure i do not buy any product with your name on it.
