Online the hours said that it was open but when I went to the salon it was closed and O had even tried continuously calling the phone number to the salon and never got an answer.

Recently moved to Cotter. After using the same beautician in Florida for 25 years, you can understand my hesitation at finding someone local. Tossed caution to the wind and made an appointment with Heather for a full foil and cut. OCD that I am, I had pictures of what i wanted. Results! Perfect, absolutely perfect! I so glad I choose her! I recommend her without hesitation. 5 out of 5 stars!!!
