I needed the transmission fixed or replaced .. was told $600 labor And $1900 for new one. I couldn't afford that! I found one and by phone, Ben confirmed the transmission I'd found would work so I had it delivered for install. They called for me to pick up. I drove and It wasn't shifting very well so I took it back. Ben/owner and I took a 'test drive', He said the tranny was faulty and they don't warranty labor. OK that seemed reasonable enough But I checked my radiator and noticed the cooling system hadn't been drained!! ?? that's part of replacing a transmission! I took it to a different shop for diagnosing AND and was told there wasn't ANY Transmission fluid in the casing--What The Hell!
