I wasn't sure what to expect coming in for my BCAAs and to try creatine for the first time. The staff was knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. Can't beat the prices!The place is always clean with a welcoming smile to greet you!Definitely recommend!

Good nice people working here. Bad part is pricing. If you buy things here, you're overpaying. Simple as that. Not sure if it's a supply or ownership issue, but things are not what they used to be.

YTF has all of these company vehicles that they will park in the general parking spots, especially on the weekends, instead of behind the building or in their dedicated company spots. They end up cramping an already limited parking lot, making it hard to people who need to go to any of the neighboring businesses.

Best fitness shop around! I’ve gotten equipment for my small gym here, supplements and snacks, and the InBody test on numerous occasions. The staff is always great! i appreciate their enthusiasm and their willingness to help. Can’t recommend them enough.
