Overall everything has been amazing the only complaint I have is that there is paint splatters all over the floor in the entire apartment. I love all the Amazon locker it makes getting packages so easy and overall everything is very clean.

Just don’t live here if you want consistent access to Wi-Fi. Over the summer the Wi-Fi was out for 3 weeks after e-mail said it would take a few days. Now no one can connect to wifi again and Younion has done nothing to help residents.

I get home from work just now and I see that the door to my unit is cracked open and the unoccupied bedroom in my unit is unlocked with all the lights on so clearly maintenance was here because I’d have no way to get in there. This is ridiculous I have no idea how long my door was ajar! The apartment complex closes at 5 so at the least for 6 almost 7 hours my unit has been unlocked because maintenance came in and didn’t lock it behind them! I left at 3 though so it could’ve been even longer! I have so much in here that could’ve been stolen because of this carelessness. I want the cameras checked to make sure nobody broke in while I was gone. This is ridiculous my stuff isn’t even safe in my own unit I’ll have to go through everything and make sure nothing is missing because I doubt any camera footage will get checked anyway. I know I locked my door and that can be proven on camera. Clearly I wasn’t the last person in here anyway though! I’d advise against these student housing apartments and honestly live further away because at least maintenance wouldn’t come in at those places and leave your door unlocked.UPDATE: my door has been left unlocked 3 times now… the second time I was at home and locked it myself after they left & today I arrived home from work and it was cracked open once again and unlocked! Do not live here unless you want the workers to come in and out your apartment with no notice and leave your expensive belongings susceptible to theft and you susceptible to the possibility of someone lying in wait in your apartment when you get home in the middle of the night because your door was open so you were an easy target. I am actually about to file a complaint with the Arkansas fair housing commission if this isn’t handled. Another issue is if maintenance didn’t keep leaving my door unlocked I would never know they came in. This is in violation of section 21.a of the lease I signed. I am supposed to receive written notice of entry in a conspicuous place in my apartment.

Younion has gotten significantly worse over the last year. Rent has increased, they had a wifi “upgrade” that went from a respectable wifi provider to one with notoriously bad reviews, the pool area was closed for months, and they gave away my parking spot even though I resigned. On top of this, management is very bad. You cannot contact them through phone or email, you have to go down to the office if you have an issue or a complaint or they won’t respond to you. Our apartments AC also went out twice in two months and the first time it went out they wouldn’t fix it for 2 weeks. Very disappointed in Younion and it feels as if they only care about their residents money and not their resident’s experience.

Good place to live. The staff is really nice and seems to actually care about the residents. I love the new grills they just put in!

have had multiple friends who have had horrible experiences. wifi always down. phones down and can’t call for help. car break ins from INSIDE the garage. taping the windows shut so you can’t see out for weeks. pool closed and drained for months without reason. outside entry doors don’t work. not worth the money for the experience. good reviews are only incentives to win giveaways - don’t be fooled.

Such a mid place to live, pool was never open and wifi was out for over 2 weeks. Being an online student this screwed me. They never offered any solutions and refused any form of compensation. DONT LIVE HERE!!

You are so much better off living elsewhere! The "Luxury Student Living" they claim to provide is nonexistent :) The pool was not open until after I moved out of the complex after the school year, an amenity I was still asked to pay for every month! The actual quality of the interior is trash and things broke very easily. While the apartment itself was very underwhelming, management was the most disappointing. The internet is out constantly, so if you need to use your computer a lot, which I definitely did, then I suggest living elsewhere. The only thing worth your money is the location.

Don't live here. ONLY redeeming quality is the proximity to Dickson and campus and trust me it's not worth it.

I’ve lived at younion for about a year now and I have enjoyed my experience. The people who work at the front desk are very nice. I would recommend living here. - Matthew Dearien

I love living at the Younion!! It has a great location within walking distance to my classes and all of Dickson street. It’s super clean and I feel so fancy living here lol. I would recommend living here to anyone.

Terrible time, lots of things falling apart in the apartments and managements pretends to care yet it seems like they do the bare minimum. Valet trash that's supposed to pick up trash every night would also consistently skip our floor.

About to start my 3rd year as a resident at Younion, and honestly haven’t had a single negative experience living here. Super helpful office staff, nice gym and pool, awesome community, super close to Dickson St. It’s a great place to live!

LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE HIGH COST OF LIVING. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AMENITIES, BARELY ANY OF THEM WORK.The good: This is a clean apartment complex and the maintenance is on top of it when comes to keeping the grounds clean and filling our maintenance requests in a very timely manner. Additionally, the front office people are nice. The bad:-i am being charged out the wazoo for electric but the front office does nothing to help. Tells me to call conservice who then tell me to talk to my front office.-the front office doesn’t’ like to listen to its residents but instead sends passive aggressive emails. There has been a historical issue with car robberies and the only way they have responded to our requests for cameras is by sending an email saying it’s our fault and we need to lock our car doors, even though in most instances they are. This feels especially frustrating since they just posted on their instagram how they bought new shirts and lanyards for vendors to ensure our safety. Personally seems like they only pretend to care.-the front office has returned my mail twice back to the sender even though it has the correct name and s and even after i told them to look out for it after the first time they did it.-it seems like they want to boast about all of these amenities when most of them are NOT FUNCTIONAL. while maintenance is good at filling apartment requests and keeping the grounds clean, everything is breaking / not working. I have a dog and the lights in the courtyard have not been working for a few weeks now, they said the pool is beyond repair and It doesn’t seem like they are doing anything about it, none of the plugs work outside, none of the fire pits work outside. They have reduced the amount of seating outside.I have lived here for 3 years now. I used to love it. But for a while I think it has just gone down hill. Rates are going up $200 and this place is not worth it if barely anything works.
