Dreadful. Tried to pick up an $11 online order of toothpicks with floss. Order was incorrect. They could not present a receipt and told me I had to accept a gift card in lieu of a refund. The utterly incapable manager, Evie, hid in the back to avoid the situation and the useless staff incapable of help or assistance. Staff turnover there in through the roof. Been going there 20 years but when you can't present a receipt on a purchase then say I can't return it because I don't have a receipt is basically theft.

As soon as I walked into the Walgreens I was quite pleased. It seems like a very nice place they were organized sections and the staff was very friendly they greeted me in my little daughter when we came in. I went down into the cleaning supply aisle and I picked up a bucket of Lysol. My daughter went into the to the aisle where they house the knick knacks and stuffed animals. My daughter was very happy to see all of the lovely nicknames toys and stuffed animals that were housed in that section. I bought her a little stuffed animal and she was very pleased it was high quality and it lasted for a very long time it's still in good quality currently even 2 years later. However the Lysol was quite strange I bought the Lysol and I went on my way but I was very concerned about the state of the Lysol when I got into the car I noticed that there was a very significant dent in the Lysol container. When I got back to my house don't worry I drive diligently and I wasn't distracted by the Lysol container. I open the live cell container to find that there was nothing inside except for an old pacifier.

Wanted to check on a prescription. Was on hold for thirty minutes and then was disconnected. Called back and only lasted fifteen minutes before being disconnected, even though it said there was only one caller ahead of me. Called and asked to speak to a manager and got a team leader who said they were "really busy," but he would try to get me through. This time it was only six minutes before the disconnect. At least they're wasting less of my time on each call. Being a slow learner, I called again and actually got a person after ten minutes. They were "working" on my prescription that had been called in three hours earlier and it would be ready in ten minutes.

The staff is kind but to have to wait 30, sometimes 40 minutes in the drive through is insanity when you know the prescription is ready, paid for and you just want to pick it up. Sadly this has happened too many times for me to continue to use them.

First off. This pharmacy is very slow. Also they abruptly close all day on Saturday and Sundays. I arrived on a Saturday to pick up a script that was ready the day prior, without warning Closed. So I had to wait untill Monday. Once I arrived money morning, there is a line of cars. Line inside... Wait wait wait then wait some more. I will not use this one again.

Don't go here to get a COVID vaccine/booster they'll make you sit there and wait 30 minutes before letting you know that your insurance card doesn't have the right info on it.... For a free vaccine. Then they'll tell you that you can't get the booster at all if it's within 10 days of being 6 months, couldn't have told me that before I sat there waiting?? Terribly run pharmacy. Extremely disappointed in their mismanagement. Go to CVS, you'll have better luck there.

Horrible!!!! I sat on hold for over an hour last night and now I'm on hold over an hour and a half today as I'm writing this review CB! My son Really needs his medication since he was discharged!!!! WTF it rang 3 times now it just hung up!!! I will never in life use this Walgreens again! Or any Walgreens. update... it is now 11:25 been on hold since 8 This morning and I keep getting hung up on

Terrible pharmacy. Pharmacist are rude and unhelpful. Takes forever to get prescription and they don't seem to care of have any sense of urgency. Do yourself a favor and get your prescription somewhere else where people have the mental capacity to count pills.

I went to pick up my prescription today and it was suppose to be filled yesterday and I waited in line just for them to tell me it wasn't ready. It's not that hard. Don't have time to wait around and they told me to circle around. Very inconvenient if you are busy as I am.

Called in prescription, said it'd be ready at 10:30 this morning. Came in about 11:20 am, said it wasn't ready & to give them ~ 30 min. Came back at 6:55 pm, STILL WASN'T READY. "give us about 15-20 min". This pharmacy gets worse every visit but it's the closest to my house

Definitely don't come here if you're picking up/refilling a prescription! I waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes just to tell me my prescription wasn't ready... hours later I come back just to wait for another 45 minutes and turns out it was ready the whole time. They just typed my last name in wrong. They were sorta apologetic but hello I'm sick as crap and I even spelled it out for you guys. Just not the best customer service, I'll take my sick meds somewhere else next time, thank you!

This Wal greens is very close to home. I enjoy the clearance items here. They tend to have excellent sales on toys. Good selection of products too and the staff have been very helpful in instructing me on how the point system works and assisting with updating my information in the system.
