Kate, the office manager and Dr. Cottle were Absolutely wonderful. Bella is finally not licking or biting her paws. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

The staff here is always quick to help with last minute needs such as Vaccines or check ups for potential issues. Care and attention is used throughout visits. The Vet listens to everything and always provides options for treatment instead of giving one option. Prices are a bit steep but to be expected and not so much to reduce rating.

First time visiting with my cat, Uzi. Even though there was a little bit of a wait time, I was in and back home in less than an hour. Professional and kind service. Definitely recommend.

Went to West Oaks for first time due to a cat emergency. They took us in same day and took care of our cat immediately. Super nice. Very professional.

Two of my dogs had a surgery and the entire clinic went above and beyond- before and afterwards. We were given multiple options for our issues and all prices laid out so no surprises. When one of the dogs had a complication (from our fault not theirs, we were worked back in immediately and problem solved). SO appreciative to the whole office!!

I have been taking my pets to West Oak Animal Hospital for many years. They have always taken the very best care of my animals. Lucy loves to go to their Doggie Daycare. I appreciate their professionalism, courtesy and care.

I recently moved to the area and I was referred by a friend! I’m so glad I took her advice. I was able to get in very fast! They were very friendly and thorough and didn’t charge me for things I didn’t need. I was very impressed by their website & Facebook page and felt like I knew them before I even arrived. Mercy & Grace were please too! They seemed less anxious than their past vet visits. Will definitely be sticking with West Oaks! 5 stars!!

My husband and I brought our dog here for his first visit, it was high anxiety day for the dog and for us dog due to past vet visits at other places but the staff there were so friendly and awesome! theymade us feel extremely welcomed and talked us through everything that was going to happen, best part was that they didn't push us into buying unnecessary things that we did not need at the moment.

The staff here were super friendly! This was my first time going here with my dog and the paperwork process was quick and easy.I have a slightly anxious husky and they took him to the back for all of his shots that he was due on and said he did very well! After going to the back and returning, he seemed a lot more at ease too so I know they were very good with him. The vet was very friendly and patient with any questions we had and had no problem explaining things to us. Everything was also very affordable which was definitely a little added bonus!

The absolute best vets we have encountered. All the ladies are super nice and actually care about their jobs and the people and pets they get to encounter. Our dogs, Topanga and Juno, LOVE going to daycare here. The vets are also top notch and always answer all of our questions and concerns. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dog’s care.

I've called around everywhere this is the best vet in NWA best prices and for vaccines and meds and joint relief did a great job for my two large breed dogs. highly recommen!
