!!DO NOT GO HERE!!I took my 2022 Tucson for a simple oil change. They didn’t put oil back in my car, locked up my engine, then tried to tell us it was a “coincidence” and to just drive it home and take it somewhere else. Luckily, I have Bluelink set up and it sent me notifications that something happened to my car while in Walmart’s care. What should have been a simple fix turned into MONTHS of back and forth with Walmart Claims while my car sat at Hyundai. We went to extensive measures for Walmart to take responsibility but I will never go back to another Walmart for automotive care and I advise anyone that I talk to about it to avoid them at all costs

They just paid me a cash settlement of $229 for damages from putting at least one quart of extra oil in my car. I brought in a healthy car for an oil change. I left with a car that was violently rocking back in fourth in idle. I was going to wait to take it back on my off day but it was clear while driving I needed to get to a shop ASAP. The mechanic I took it to discovered that the oil was extremely over filled. He also had to replace my spark plugs and engine coil.Walmart told me when I picked up my car that they put in 4.7 quarts. My car holds 4.2. The mechanic discovered that it was over by at least 1 quart which shows that the 4.7 wasn’t even accurate either. I don’t recommend taking your car here. The manager told me himself that all the mechanics are on the edge of being fired.I can say that the managers handled the situation extremely well. I was expecting a refund for the oil change but they paid the full $229 for damages. Claims normally take weeks with Walmart but mine took 1 hour. I think the GM had called corporate to get it through. I signed that I would not take legal action and they took fault for the damages which state “improper fill of oil”.

MLK tires center- I called both their store and 1800 Walmart like suggested to order and have my tires delivered to them.My tires arrived here on Thursday and Friday. When I called Friday they had not been “checked in yet”. So I wait until Tuesday to walk in as they suggested. There was no wait when I walked in. They found my tires and state, “they haven’t been checked in”…for the next hour as my son and I stood at the counter, they kept handing my problem off to each other. The team lead, Ryan, was the last to take it on. They scanned my barcode (online order through the app) multiple times but didn’t explain nor ask for anything else from me. At the hour and 10 min mark, as I watched Ryan on the phone making oil change appts, I stated I want to take my tires and leave…he then only rolled 2 of my tires out (didn’t even know I had four??) I asked why I had been waiting and he stupidly states, “I just need to go find your paperwork.” ???? almost an hour and a half wait for them to look at paperwork to check in my tires.So….if you think you deserve good treatment from an establishment that you even paid them for the tires… do not come here.I left and big ol tires across the street worked me in same hour ??????

I get the long wait. I don't like it, but it is what it is. But, why the attitude? We took our car in because there was a nail in the tire. The lady at the counter seemed a little upset that we decided to wait. Why, your not working on the tire? The technician that worked on my tire did an excellent job patching it. It's because of that you received two stars.

Walmart shared on Carfax that my vehicles TPMS was checked and good but when I received the vehicle back it showed low tire pressure still. Not too happy with that.

Waited an hour and a half and my car didn’t even make it in the garage. Very slow service.

I needed an oil change for my car, nothing special. I waited in line for 30 minutes behind two people because the staff didn't really know what they were doing till some guy showed up who did. They took my car and after 40 minutes of waiting, they called and said they couldn't do anything to my car. They said that my drain plug was too loose and leaked oil, so Walmart policy says they can't work on my car. Not sure what kind of policy it is but if you know how oil changes work, you're suppose to unscrew the drain plug to drain the old oil out anyways. They didn't say the plug was broken or stripped but simply that the people that did my oil change last time left it a little bit loose and walmart policy said they can't work on my car. The guy at the desk was nice and told me it was just policy, if that's how policy works at Walmart then they have no clue how an oil change works, I've taken my car for other problems before and no one actually knows what they're doing and any minor hickup will waste your time there and they won't even mess with your car, they have only wasted my time and now every other auto shop is closed and can't change my oil. Walmart shouldn't even have an auto shop if you can't do a simple oil change my guy. I'll delete this post if my plug has literally any other problem then just being a little loose.

No-pressure tire sales(pun intended) Get charged up with a new battery! Breathe easy with a new air filter. Need wipers for your Viper? They got 'em!

Best price I could find for quality tires locally. Dashcam shows they handled my truck cautiously and respectfully. As for the installation, the tires feel correctly balanced and all my tpms sensors work.

The old lady at the front was extremely rude. Talked to me like I was stupid and told me they don’t fill the fluids there during an oil change. I will not be coming back ever again to use y’all’s service and every time I do I have an issue coming in or once I leave.

Normally I don't have any issues with their service. Today I called to ask if my online order for tires was there. I sat on hold for 10 minutes and no answer. When I finally get someone on the phone they said we will have to call you back. I have been here many times and I know exactly which employee this is that I was talking to. The older slower lady that couldn't find my last tires because she didn't look up in the racks. Walmart, I realize you are hurting for employees, but some of the ones you have need replaced or trained properly.Services: Oil change

Yesterday I called The Walmart on MLK in Fayetteville Arkansas to see about getting a flat tire fixed. No one answered my call and it rolled over multiple times then disconnected. I recalled multiple times. And it hung up on me multiple times. Finally about 30 minutes later someone finally answered. I asked if they fixed flats. They said they did. I drove there immediately, asked where I should park and was told that it would be 4 hours before they could get to it. They said that I could check on the other Walmart and that if I go into the office they could check on that for me. I waited quite a while for the technician to come into the office and he said that they were not doing any more tickets as they were going to reduce the number of workers at 3 and they were already overbooked. He said he would call for me but that he can not call out on his phone. He indicated that he could receive calls but not call out. I bit my tongue when I wanted to say that it sounded like they don't receive their calls very well either or at least answer them in a timely manner. I called the mall avenue Walmart and they suggested I call Springdale. Springdale was super busy too. So I decided to be at the mlk supercenter again the next day by 6:55. I did this and the lady waiting on me was friendly and so was the technician when he called to talk to me about my tire. They said there was a nail in the sidewall and they don't patch holes in the sidewall but others might. I agreed to buy a new tire. They only had one that was a different brand then my existing tires. It took a long time for the lady to check me out. She was dealing with someonewho's she had failed to add oil change to and a man rightfully asking to speak to a manager as he had a 7 am appointment and they were telling him that since the system requires a car to be listed in the system that they would have to do a new ticket that would take him several hours of wait to get the tires on his trailer as he had arrived early to have done in a timely manner. i saw the office person going in and out and was working hard. But they are clearly two short staffed and as a result there services really lacking. My last experience before this at this MLK Walmart supercenter was even worse and I waited to be checked out for a half hour or longer while others were helped. Finally this older receptionist who had earlier not been able to read that I had free balancing admitted she had thought I had just been waiting and did not realize my car was done and I was ready to check out. Today's office worker seemed friendly and more cognitively with it but after these multiple experiences I must rate this automotive very very poorly. I really believe the main fault is management. Clearly they need an additional office worker back there that can work on cars when the desk is not overrun with people They need twice as many technicians. And they need to not be reducing the number of technicians at 3:00 p.m. they are clearly overworked and the service they're providing is terrible.Services: Auto brake repair

Stopped in on a Sunday morning to have tires installed on our vehicle, Arrived at 7:30am and they were finished with it right around 10:30am. Walmart should offer higher pay to recruit more employees, but the employees working were very friendly and helpful!
