ATTN: Google usersDisgraceful crowdsourced ratings don’t lie! 2.3/5 is embarrassingly low, but unfortunately it is an overstatement of the service quality that you can expect from contracting with this business. My experience over a 5 year period with hundreds of prescriptions filled for family members of various ages (1-40) with many different medical conditions has been a constant and utter disappointment. I doubt that you can find a worse rated pharmacy in a 100 mile radius. If you care about your health or the health of your children, you should avoid this pharmacy.

Best experience I have had at a Walgreens pharmacy. Instead of the typical it will be a few hours to count 30 pills. The lady smiled and said she thinks we can count those really quickly. Within 2 minutes I was out the door with my script.

I recently was diagnosed diabetic, and had to spend a couple of days in ICU. Upon being discharged, my doc called in my prescriptions to this Walgreens. Being newly diagnosed I was extremely nervous about having my prescriptions on time specifically my insulin. We gave them all day long as I was discharged around 11 AM.Finally, I had a good friend advise me to switch over to Collier’s. I called ahead and Collier’s confirmed that they could fill my prescription immediately. I pulled back through Walgreens window, letting them know I would need to switch over my prescriptions to Collier’s and the tech looked at me and said “ok, whatever, it’s only going to take you longer to get your prescriptions”.I’m not sure what’s going on at this pharmacy but it’s pretty obvious that everyone is miserable.

This place is the absolute worst. As slow as they could possibly be. I'm looking forward to getting my last refill so I can NEVER come back here again. Run, don't use this place.

Went to refill script at 630pm. Waited for 30 minutes woth a screaming baby only for the short fat pharmacist behind the window to close up shop at 7pm (says on the window open till 9pm). They didn't even have the courtesy to tell us they were closing early. Just let the whole line of cars waste their time.

The staff seems to be working hard, but it’s hit or miss if your medication will be done same day. This issue has occurred enough times for me to leave a review.

Do yourself a favor and either go across the street or drive an extra 5 miles to avoid this pharmacy. Prescriptions take forever. Making an appointment for a shot on their website is ignored. Don't know if it's a staffing issue or an attitude and I don't care. If I could give Zero I would

Honestly I had to switch to a diffrent pharmacy because the one pharmacist is very unkind to not only customers but short and rude to his fellow coworkers. I asked one of the coworkers if the medicine would be safe for me to take during pregnancy and I watched him swallow in fear that he would have to ask the pharmacist for help. When the coworker did finally muster up the courage and apporaoched him askng if it was safe for me to take while pregnant, the pharmacist reponded "sure" after glancing at the medicine from a distance that I am certain would have been hard to tell what the medicine was. Not only did I feel I was neglected but. watching his coworker literally have to gather himself to speak to the pharmacist made me worry. I know it was busy and everyone is understaffed but I was floored to watch this.

I can’t begin to tell you what a ridiculous, unprofessional, confusing debacle dealing with this pharmacy has been. The story is long, drawn out only because they made it that way. Needless to say, I’ll never go back. The saggy jowled, incredibly rude gray haired (older) pharmacist was beyond rude and the kids that work there appear to not have received proper training. I’m sure they try their best, but the service is terrible. I see why they are rated so low. When I tried to discuss this with the pharmacist, he grumbled ‘take your business elsewhere then’. Well, indeed I will. Pharmacist, try to stay sober.

The one-star ratings accurately describe this pharmacy, so I won't go into great detail about my experiences. Bottom line, go to Harp's or Walmart to have your Rx filled, both are at the same intersection. I believe that Walgreen's should close this pharmacy due to their inability to provide decent customer service.

I recently called the pharmacy to check on the status on one of my prescriptions. After struggling with the computer answering system [I called 3 separate times before it actually understood my request], the automated check said there wasn't one, so I waited on hold to speak with one of the pharmacists. I understand that I probably called during a high volume time, but after waiting on hold for 25 minutes, the call was ended. I am a bit frustrated by this.My only request is for the computer system to be a bit more efficient. I also wanted to express my frustration regarding my hold experience.

The pharmacy is completely understaffed and needs two pharmacists instead of one along with the techs that come with another pharmacist. Apparently they work through their lunches and management knows it's an issue but corporate is the bottleneck to fix this. That's bananas! You can't overwork someone that fills your medications, take days to fill them and expect the customer to trust their prescriptions are filled and monitored safely. This is not just an issue for the employees but the patients! It's faster to just request a medication transfer to a different pharmacy. But not Walgreens apparently because it's not just this store. Just go to a different company.

The pharmacy is not worth your time. I had to call for days to make sure my meds were filled. The pharmacy staff, which only has one pharmacist at a time and they noted that as a daily issue because they only hire more support staff if there's another doctor on duty, have to do drive-thru and in store COVID tests along with their daily duties. My meds took 4 days to fill and I waited over an hour and a half in line to get my meds when they were ready. I asked what I can do to get my meds faster next time and the store recommended getting my meds transferred to a different company. Other patients apparently tried transferring prescriptions to this store because the other Walgreens they tried were going through the same thing. Apparently it's not just an issue at this Walgreens store but across the country through some research of my own. If I can't trust my meds to be filled pretty like a normal pharmacy, how can I trust there not to be mistakes made regarding my and other people's healthcare?

Don't waste your time at the pharmacy. Get your prescriptions filled somewhere else if you're used to getting them same or next day. The staff seemed like they were scrambling just to keep the lines moving.
