genuinely such a professional and kind staff. i feel like most people leaving bad reviews should be taking it up with their insurance or doctors, and not the pharmacists. i’ve never had an issue here and have been getting my meds filled here for 8 years! love them

My doctor called in a prescription at 3pm. I arrived at the pharmacy at 6:50pm and they said they don’t have it. Didn’t bother to text me or message me. Didn’t care at all that I’m getting on a plane to Europe. I totally understand why this place has 2.8 stars. I’m never coming back.

I, unfortunately, have had to pick up a lot of prescriptions in the last few months and I can only think of one time that I didn't have an issue. I am calling first thing on Monday morning to charge all my prescriptions over to CVS. Between poor customer service, snobbiness from the pharmacist, tap pay being down, prescriptions taking hours to be filled, and inconvenient hours for people who work a normal 9a-5p, I've had enough.

God bless this pharmacy. I came from Oklahoma and was met with the most kind and thorough staff working. Since the college is next door it is busy but they did everything they could to get my insulin filled while I was traveling. If you’re patient then these people will help you through all the hoops of authorizations. Love them so much!!!!

been going to this walgreens since college. super friendly staff, especially those in pharmacy. this store wasn’t that good a few years ago but it’s improved a lot and is a great location !!

I was there for a Covid test that I’d scheduled online. When I arrived, the pharmacy staff was not rude, but extremely unhelpful. The counter staff seemed confused about the process & then I was told I’d requested “the wrong test” & would have to reschedule. I asked how to know what test I needed & she doubled down & said, “either way you need yo reschedule.” At no time did anyone offer an explanation or any actual help. Do they realize they’re working with & for people who don’t feel well?I called the Township location, who was able to help schedule me a test & answer my questions.

Dreadful. Tried to pick up an $11 online order of toothpicks with floss. Order was incorrect. They could not present a receipt and told me I had to accept a gift card in lieu of a refund. The utterly incapable manager, Evie, hid in the back to avoid the situation and the useless staff incapable of help or assistance. Staff turnover there in through the roof. Been going there 20 years but when you can't present a receipt on a purchase then say I can't return it because I don't have a receipt is basically theft.

As soon as I walked into the Walgreens I was quite pleased. It seems like a very nice place they were organized sections and the staff was very friendly they greeted me in my little daughter when we came in. I went down into the cleaning supply aisle and I picked up a bucket of Lysol. My daughter went into the to the aisle where they house the knick knacks and stuffed animals. My daughter was very happy to see all of the lovely nicknames toys and stuffed animals that were housed in that section. I bought her a little stuffed animal and she was very pleased it was high quality and it lasted for a very long time it's still in good quality currently even 2 years later. However the Lysol was quite strange I bought the Lysol and I went on my way but I was very concerned about the state of the Lysol when I got into the car I noticed that there was a very significant dent in the Lysol container. When I got back to my house don't worry I drive diligently and I wasn't distracted by the Lysol container. I open the live cell container to find that there was nothing inside except for an old pacifier.

I love my crew at my Walgreens they always make sure I have everything I need and if there is ever a problem they go way above and beyond to help me get it figured out . Highly recommend ‼️

Unbelievably rude and non customer oriented pharmacy staff. I had an appointment scheduled for a vaccine at a different location. When I arrived I was told they were out of said vaccine, but this store had it. They would let them know I was on the way and my appointment would be honored at the other location. When I arrived I stood there for 5 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there (I was the only one in the store). Then they refused to honor the appointment because they didn’t have time to administer a vaccination. It was 6pm..the pharmacy doesn’t close until 9pm and again I was the ONLY person in the store. And there were 3 employees in the pharmacy.

Wanted to check on a prescription. Was on hold for thirty minutes and then was disconnected. Called back and only lasted fifteen minutes before being disconnected, even though it said there was only one caller ahead of me. Called and asked to speak to a manager and got a team leader who said they were "really busy," but he would try to get me through. This time it was only six minutes before the disconnect. At least they're wasting less of my time on each call. Being a slow learner, I called again and actually got a person after ten minutes. They were "working" on my prescription that had been called in three hours earlier and it would be ready in ten minutes.

I've had so many issues using Walgreens as a pharmacy. Most recently, they claim to have transferred all of my prescriptions to my new pharmacy but actually held onto one and closed another they claim to have transferred but my new pharmacy has no record of. The Walgreens Pharmacy on School St. is also trash.
