Lacking agents. Only one person there to help everyone. Four people walked out while I was being waited on. I was told to return an Internet gateway unit to the store. Waited 45 minutes to hear the agent in the store tell me that customer service had hung up on her. I finally left called customer service myself, got everything done within 10 minutes !! Sorry, but the store needs to get their crap together or they’re going to continue to lose customers

My daughter, a college student was sold a defective phone and went in less than 24 hours later to try to get the problem solved.
She was told that they could not replace it, insinuating it was damaged from being dropped, without sending it in for evaluation. Evaluation by who? It was immediately put into a case. Also they admitted no physical damage was apparent.
After a group call with myself, my husband and the manager on duty (a female) my husband tried to explain that we’ve purchased plenty of phones over the years and that we were certain there’s a 30 day return for any reason policy.
Manager told my daughter that if damage was decided, we could use our damage insurance policy and pay $100 deductible! We just bought the phone!!!
My daughter ended up leaving, and calling customer service, they noted the situation in their system and could not believe she was told all this by a local purveyor! Exact words from the helpful associate “Sis- go up there and get you a new phone!” My daughter was also told the damage she was describing could not have been from an accidental drop. It was a probable internal defect.
Do not send your college kid to this store for a phone!!

Krystal helped me when my phone unexpectedly stopped working this morning. When I came in the store she was the only person working and still took all the time I needed to make sure I had everything ready to go with a smile. She also let me keep my old phone at the store while it was still backing up because I had class. I had a great experience with Krystal and will come back next time for sure!

Excellent staff and service! The manager, Kristal, helped me out super fast with getting a new phone set up, even though the store was slammed. She's got such a great handle on things! The store was clean, both the workers there were super professional and helpful and I couldn't be happier!

I’ve been a customer with Verizon for over 3 years. I have always paid EARLY, and never had a missed or late payment in my life on anything, including their credit card which I only opened with the offer of a certain credit limit of $1,500. My lowest limit on any of my cards in fact. But I could still make bigger bill payments with that amount and then pay it off. Well I used my credit limit, made more than the minimum payments and then paid it in full after like 2-3 months instead of the minimum payment, not even a few days after paying it In full they reduced my credit limit to $250 dollars! Lmao WHAT A JOKE, I immediately closed my account, and I will be switching phone carriers now too.Lost a loyal customer that not only never missed or was late on a single payment but ALWAYS PAID EARLY AND IN FULL.

normally phone problems frustrate me a ton, krysta made my phone issues very easy! she knows what she’s doing, and also made it a more pleasant experience talking wise as well as service wise. definitely the quickest and most pleasant verizon experience i’ve ever received. thanks!
