The people here are always very nice and try to help you as much and in any way that they can. They're very professional, knowledgeable, and willing and wanting to help you. They are a main Verizon store so everything they do counts.

I had an issue with an online order. Not very surprising. I went in this store to try and fix things. They weren't able to do anything BUT I left happy. The people in the store went out of their way to try and help me. Even though they didn't solve my problem, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this store.

It’s ridiculous that they want to charge you another $30 to set up devices when you have already purchased the device along with the 35.00 activation fee ?????All the employees there when picked up device were doing was sitting around ???Pretty sad

Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews but my experience was very pleasant upgrading my phone. Aaron was an amazing customer rep and was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Aaron was a huge help! So much less painful - to get a new phone- it was a pleasant experience that didn't take too long either! ? I ha e been a Verizon customer since 1994 & I began with the huge bag phone, loved the Motorola Star-tac (still my favorite) Went through 2 Flip3 phones, wishing they would just go ahead a DIVIDE the full screen into two that work together! It would be so much less trouble- than having the screen blowout from too many "open & closes" I loved everything about the Flip3 & had hoped the Flip4 solved the screen issues - but.... no. Not yet!

Verizon is the worst company out, they will Rob you, make sure you get things in writing. They say that they have no supervisor:(, and they don't care if a sale person robs you at all!!! I would never refer them to my enemy. T-mobile or AT&T is where it is. I'm a business owner, and they almost interrupt my business!! Not good so please take my word, get it in writing or go somewhere else.

Very bad experience with Verizon setting up a replacement gizmo for my kids. The activation did not go through and had problems in the app / gizmo. Had to go back to the store and spent an hour getting it fixed. It took trying over and over and while the manager was helpful and kind, he was unable to credit the $35 fee for activating the device even though the activation was incredibly painful and ended up costing a few hours of our day. He gave me a number to call to try to get it credited but did not have the ability to credit it at the store. I’m sure this is by design from Verizon to boost profits but I’ll trade them a one star for it. The manager knew the experience was bad for me but had no ability to make it right. I don’t have cell service with Verizon for reasons like this.Now I get to wait on hold and try to relay the whole situation to a new person. Already been a 20 minute phone call and already had them tell me they can’t refund me multiple times.

I thought my phone was totally dead. Lamar was so knowledgeable and helpful! He saved me a lot of money by knowing exactly what was wrong with my old phone and advising me on the trade in and plan options. I came away with a newer phone and a lower bill with better coverage! He’s the definition of an excellent verizon tech!

Matt and Dillon are totally incompetent. Dillon has a short fuse. The manager (with 10 years experience she will proudly belt) was completely useless in solving my problem.

Given the response from the business owner and me receiving a phone call from Verizon cooperate offices I am changing my review from a 1 to 3. At the branch I was told my phone (which stopped making calls) was no longer compatible with the Verizon network which was incorrect. I even had the phones box with me that listed all of the networks it will work on but they didn't explain how they came to their conclusion. Verizon believes it was an honest unfortunate mistake and I have been informed that training will be done to prevent this from happening to the next customer. I don't think Verizon would have gotten back to me on this if they did not take it seriously and I'm impressed with them as a company for reaching out to me. I hope the training works. I actually had a good vibe about the people there until I spoke with the manager. Maybe we will see better reviews on here going forward.

Was told by Verizon customer service on phone to go to local Verizon store to handle an issue. Went there, explained what I needed. The rep shook her head, took me to a phone, dialed a number, made some introductory talk to a Verizon rep, then handed the phone to me. I stood there for the next 70 minutes on/off hold trying to fix the issue. I was not checked on, offered a chair or a cup of water or anything. Quite rude.

Bought phone direcly from Google store and was having issues getting it activated correctly. Walked in and was taken care of quickly. Great customer service!!

I need suggestions for a new cell service provider...I paid $300 to walk out of the store with my new phone. I dropped it before I even got logged into it. They couldn't log into my account because it's in limbo waiting to be transferred to the new one.The volume down key got stuck. I was given the number for the insurance company, so I can file a claim. Now I'm expected to shell out additional money for the insurance deductible to get it repaired. Minimal effort. Minimal conversation. Zero customer service skills.This one experience has ruined Verizon for me.
