If I could I'd give this location a Zero! I was lied too from the start about my billed, than I had to fight to get it fixed I can't remember the representatives name that helped me. But he was a Hispanic male and his name started with a J do not talk to this man he will give you misleading information and you will be confused choose any other provider than this location! r boost mobile is better than this place don't do business here!!!

The people here are always very nice and try to help you as much and in any way that they can. They're very professional, knowledgeable, and willing and wanting to help you. They are a main Verizon store so everything they do counts.

I had an issue with an online order. Not very surprising. I went in this store to try and fix things. They weren't able to do anything BUT I left happy. The people in the store went out of their way to try and help me. Even though they didn't solve my problem, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this store.

It’s ridiculous that they want to charge you another $30 to set up devices when you have already purchased the device along with the 35.00 activation fee ?????All the employees there when picked up device were doing was sitting around ???Pretty sad

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS AND THEIR COVERAGE IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT SWITCH TO VERIZON LIKE I DID. I NOW HAVE TO CRAWL BACK TO AT&T!

Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews but my experience was very pleasant upgrading my phone. Aaron was an amazing customer rep and was very knowledgeable and friendly.
