You can set up appointments via website or physically. My appointment was on time and the reception were very welcoming. The doctor that conducted my exam worked quick but made sure his work was quality. I was in and out with satisfaction in no time.

One of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever done business with. Was deceived by a false impression that Lens rafters took care of their customers. Would rather pay double to avoid this unprofessional business.
