I’ve used University Auto for years and they’ve always been fantastic. They’ve repaired my husband’s car more than my own (because it’s super old) , but I usually handle dropping the vehicles off and everything else. They’ve never been disrespectful or pushy, and they’re efficient with completing the repairs. They’re also honest, and honor their warranty and work. We got a bad part (it happens) and they had our car towed to the shop immediately and fixed same day. Their prices are also fair. With all things considered, they are very reasonable. So thanks y’all, and I’ll be seeing you soon to get the bent rim replaced and two new back tires. ?

My car overheated on my way home from Texas. I had 3.5 hours left to go. University Auto helped me very quickly. It was close to closing time but they were willing to help me. They drove me to a hotel to stay for the night. My car was fixed and back on the road the next morning. They picked me up from hotel and brought me back to my car. I don't know any shop that will do that. The staff was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend going to University Auto for all vehicle issues.

University Auto & Tire were great to work with! I called at 8:45 am to tell them what was wrong with my vehicle, which was shaking and flashing my engine light at me, and asked if they could get it in today, dropped it off at 9:15 after confirming that they probably could look at it but no promises, and had my van back in my garage by 4pm! They offered me a free ride to anywhere in town while I waited, and then communicated with me all day regarding progress and had it done earlier than expected. An absolutely great experience during a stressful time. If I have any issues in the future, they'll be my first call!

Such an amazing experience at University Auto and Tire. Excellent customer service and a very quick turn around time, in and out in an hour. I will only be using them in the future for any needs. Best auto shop experience ever!! I highly recommend!

We were visting Fayeteville a few weekends ago and had a heater hose assembly fail and lost all of our coolant and the vehicle overheated. I took the vehicle to University Auto and Tire the next morning and they were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed the same day so we were able to get back on the road and back home on time. In addition, the first day we got to town, the lock on our bike rack failed and our bikes were locked on the rack and no way to get off. University Auto and Tire was able to get the lock removed for us and also gave us good intel on the local trails. Big Thanks to Alex and the crew, we really appreciate the quick turn around and qualtiy work. I highly recommned these guys.

I was in Fayetteville for work and had a tire leaking air I googled tire shop near me and they popped up. They were about to close but Gabe said he would get it fixed for me. He could see I was struggling and having a rough day and he even did it at no charge. I will for sure 100% bring all my business to this tire shop from now on and I live in Rogers, but I will drive to Fayetteville if I could give a 10 star review I would. Gabe Made my day!

I took my car in for a general service and oil change for a long trip I had coming up. The Uni Auto & Tire team were amazing as always. I had quite a few questions and Dylan was so attentive and helpful, answering all the questions. This was my second time using University Auto & Tire and both times I have received great service. I am new in the city and this shop is close to apartment. Went for wheel vibration problem. According to them it needed alignment and rotation. They aligned and rotated. Did not solve the problem and after three months I have sent the car to align to a different shop. Take my advice, go to a better shop and save money, time and trouble!!
