I have been renting Uhauls for years for moving and projects and I can truly say I’ve never had a better experience renting! David made sure the process was seamless, extremely easy and quick and answered every question that we had so so thoroughly. Another plus was that the office was clean, well merchandised and had a festive taxidermy raccoon who made me feel right at homeHighly highly recommend this location for all your moving needs

The front guy at the desk was new, but at least he really tried lol. Keep it up man. You'll learn. It is a little pricier than I wanted, which was surprising considering Mr. New Front Desk Guy said that they had few units left. I'll get my stuff out in a month or 2.

Please consider choosing a competitor next time you need a rental. In short - I had problems with my truck, was told by a UHaul representative that it was unsafe, then I had to pay out of pocket to stay at a hotel while they examined it. They then gave it back to me and refused to honor promises to get me a reliable vehicle.Here's a timeline with details: 6/28/20 - I pick up my moving truck from here. 6/29/20 - 5 pm: I get on the road, and have problems with a severe shudder from the engine. At times I needed my seatbelt to stay in the driver seat it was so violent. This is off and on for a few hours.9:53 pm: The shudder intensified and lasted for nearly half an hour. At this point I did not feel safe, pulled over and called roadside assistance. They dispatch someone. 11 pm: Help arrives. The mechanic doesn't see any problems, but after a test drive tells me he feels the problem too, the truck is unsafe to drive, and tells me I need to stay in a hotel and have the local garage look at it in the morning. 12:15 pm: I arrive at the assigned hotel, which does not have parking for trucks my size with most spots in a garage too low for the uhaul to clear. 2:00 am: I finally get roadside assistance to give me a different hotel nearby.6:00 am: I am surprised by an invoice from the hotel on my way out to take the truck to the garage. UHAUL did not even cover the room, they paid a portion of the rate but left me on the hook for all taxes and fees, maybe about 30% of the total bill. 8:00 am: The garage tells me there are no problems and to get back on the road. In the meantime, my wife reached out to this office and they referred the problem to district manager Andy V. 9:50 am: I call Andy, it goes to voicemail.11:11 am: Andy calls me back, asks if I feel safe in the truck, and seems interested in helping. I told him I would try it a little farther but let him know if I started having trouble again. He offered to "transload," meaning I could swap out a truck and have UHAUL help me move my payload over. I tell him I will call him back if it gets bad, but not to worry for now. 11:52 am: It gets bad again. I pull over and call Andy to ask for the transload. He refers me to roadside assistance. 11:55 am: Roadside assistance denies my request. Their exact words to me: "Since our mechanics found nothing wrong with the truck, you're on your own."Andy never answers or returns another call after this point. I very clearly told him I felt unsafe in the truck, and never once asked for a discount or refund or anything other than a truck I could feel safe in. This was disregarded and not taken seriously at all. I recommend you consider a competitor not because they have better trucks - something can always go wrong with any company and most of these are similar makes and models. I recommend you consider a competitor because IF something does go wrong on your move, they are not likely to say "YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN" the way these guys did to me.

Jay was very Professional and accommodating to us today. We were moving a gun safe and he had the perfect moving dolly we needed. He also had a variety of additional supplies. Great location too!
