Stopped in today for a pair of Hokas everyone was super nice and friendly a great shopping experience !!! Alex especially was great, he made sure I had several options to choose from, he went above and beyond. Definitely recommend shopping here !!!

The best customer service I’ve ever had shopping for shoes! Cobe was very knowledgeable and very patient with me as it took me a while to decide on what pair was best for me. They have a new computerized machine that you step on and it measures the pressure points in your feet. It was so cool. Five star experience highly recommend.

I received a pair of shoes as a gift that were shipped to me from the Rogers Tradehome. Unfortunately they did not fit. After MANY failed attempts (10+) of ever receiving a phone call back from the manager in order to obtain a shipping label (I live 3hrs away from closest TH) I decided to try calling the Fayetteville location. Ryan and another gentleman were soo kind and accommodating. Even though their location was not responsible they still went above and beyond. Would recommend this location over Rogers any day!

Desperately needed new shoes for work and Alex was super attentive and great at helping me find the best ones! Great salesman and overall had a great experience at Tradeshome! Will definitely bring my friends and family in again to visit Alex and get his opinions and expertise!

Service was.perfect. Ryan Davis was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.as I purchased my first.three pairs of shoes. And then when I knew I'd also need some sandals for lots of walking I returned and he provided the same quality attention. THANKS.

Greg helped my mom find just the right shoes! She tried on more than a dozen and came home with exactly what she wanted (2 pairs). His knowledge, patience, and helpful demeanor were stellar.

Very polite and helpful salesman. Brought out all the shoes they had in my granddaughter’s size so I could take pictures and choose something she would like but that I also felt were a healthy design for little feet- supportive, but flexible and well-made.
