I came in for a scheduled routine oil change maintenance appointment. My confirmed appointment was 11 am. I did not leave the dealership until 4pm. I have never experienced this amount of time for routine maintenance! They did find that my car needed a rear wheel alignment. But, again, I was told that would only take about 20 minutes. Five hours for this service is ridiculous! Never again!!!!

Jennifer was great. The only thing not checked was to glue the rubber 1” trim not glued. When I called to make an appointment for my oil change was to be checked said not to glue myself!!

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Miguel the associate who worked with me was very kind, listened as I explained some issues I was experiencing with my car and kept me updated on my service status. This is the first time I’ve been at a Toyota service that didn’t try to push service that wasn’t needed and I’m so thankful for that.

One again the service folks at Toyota of Fayetteville went above and beyond and did a fantastic job. They listened to my concerns with my truck and resolved them beyond my expectations. Great bunch of people.

Dropped off car to have brakes inspected because of a grinding noise. I did not hear from them for almost 3 hours. I called to see why I had not been contacted. They were too busy to take my call. So they called me back a bit later. They had an incorrect phone number on my account even though I have been a customer for about 6 years. Not sure how my phone number got changed. They had my correct email so why not try to send me an email also? So the work did not get started until almost too late in the day to even pick it up same day. They need to confirm contact info at drop off.

I thought it was a good visit but a bit slow. I had an appointment for an oil change and transmission service and it took about 2.5-3 hours start to finish. The check in was really slow as the young lady checking me in didn’t really know what she was doing and then she couldn’t find a service advisor to pass me off to so that was at least 30 min. Before they ever started working on the car. I could have taken the car to a quick lube place and had this done in 30 min. At a lower price.

Fast service. No complaints with the work done on my vehicle. Was in and out in no time at all. I’ve always had great customer service when coming here with my boyfriend. However, both times coming here the service alone and with my sister the advisor Allyson was very rushing and just not friendly at all.

Great service! I had an emergency and they were able to get me in within 1 hour. AL my service advisor was very helpful and he got my truck fixed the same day. I trust in their diagnosis and repairs and feel they are honest and efficient. This is my to go place for all my Toyota purchase and repairs. I won’t buy anything but Toyota.

Allyson was my Service Advisor for this round of upgrade/repairs. She’s a pro, ask for her. The Service Techs name I did not get but as usual, after a quick inspection of the work done. It’s easy to tell it was done correctly. My 4Runner will be 17 this year. I give them all the credit for it operating properly, on the trails, or the highway,Services: Steering & suspension repair

Hello Renee, your service associate Allison was wonderful. I had a little issue with the young man who was my shuttle driver, but the service manager was very helpful in driving me back, so I was very impressed by him...unfortunately I don't remember his name, tall, blonde Gen X?If you really want to know, for the amount of the service I paid, I was disappointed that the vehicle was not cleaner when it was returned to me. Should I have asked to have that done? Just the drivers & passenger's area vacuumed, a little?Otherwise, very professional ?

Our Highlander is ten years old and Toyota of Fayetteville keeps it in like-new condition. We have never had it serviced anywhere else. We totally trust our Toyota Service Agent, Josh Reeves, and his conservative approach to car servicing .... 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it.' But, if something needs attention to keep our vehicle in safe, top-running condition as recommended by Toyota service technicians, we trust his decisions.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

There was a nail in my tire causing a slow air leak, so I scheduled an appointment to get the tire fix. It needed to be replaced and had to be ordered. I had to travel out of town for a training and my service advisor Jennifer graciously put me in a loaner car. I appreciate that she took care of me and my car!

Jennifer was awesome, very patient and kind, I was a little heated because the oil change and tire rotation had taken over 5 hours, so she had to deal with me in a bad mood. It was busy, yet she still went out of her way to help me and figure out what was going on.
