AWESOME!!! I made an appt to get an alligment and tire rotation and balanced. I want to give the mechanics a HUGE THANK YOU!!!!! Before I got my services, my car was vibrating and pulling really bad and they totally fixed my problem 100%!!! I have had bad allignments in the past on my Volvo and these guys went above and beyond to make repairs perfect!!!! The desk agents are super polite and everyone there really goes out of their way to help people who just show at the shop with tire problems/emergencies! They provide that "old school" service you just don't get or see at other shops. Please please relay the thanks to ALL your hardworking mechanics!!!????

I blew a rear driver side tire in my sprinter van about 2 hours outside of Fayetteville. I took the blown tire to Tire Tracks the next morning which was a Saturday. They had the tire I needed and were able to change it in less than 30 minutes. These boys were on it and easy to work with. I am grateful for them and would recommend them to anyone needing service!

My tire went flat on me on the highway. It was a stressful morning that the amazing team of men that work there made so much easier. They were recommended by a friend and I could not recommend them more. They were quick and the cost was drastically less than anywhere else. This will be the only place I go for tires from now on. I am beyond grateful to them!!

Very helpful. I lost my lug nut unlock tool, so I had my car towed to Tire Trax. They not only fixed my flat, but did an overall inspection and found another tire with super worn inner damage. Great sevice.

I was traveling from out of state when my low tire indicator came on. It was a weekend and I stopped at 2 other local tire shops to have them look at it. One was closed and the other had a long wait. I drove to Tire Track and even though they were obviously busy and we're closing in an hour, they got my car in immediately. Furthermore, they were honest and informed me that there was nothing wrong with my tire - that it likely just needed air due the the extreme temperature change. Thank you, Tire Track, for being so professional and speedy to take care of my urgent issue.
