I'm a 72-year-old disable vet. I have trouble walking. I went to the Good feet store in Fayetteville Arkansas. The sales person told me I needed arch supports, that they would make all the difference within a week or so.I ask him how much it would cost me and he said 1400.00 I said I can't afford that. He then ask me how much is walking worth then he said he would wave his commission and give me a VA and over 70 discount and it would only cost me 700.00 and they would finance it.I contacted the store have not heard back, it's been over a year

This store was amazing. It was clean, friendly, and the staff was knowledgeable. I was in town visiting and Tara answered all of my questions and provided great information and product suggestions. I appreciate her approach and attention to detail.

I know the science behind the service you provide because of all the issues I've recently had with my feet. Horrible pain, injections and boots. Nothing can be done for flat feet medically so it falls under proper shoes to align the foot and body. I've tried it all. Today was a Nad foot day, and thanks to Chandler at the Fayetteville location, it is now a Good Feet day. Thank you so much. He was friendly, knowledgeable and so very personable. He should be a manager of his own store.

Due to a recent flare-up of plantar fasciitis, pain in the fascia connecting heals to toes, I stopped by this Good Feet store recently to explore options. The salesman seemed inexperienced, the pitch routine, and the feet impressions felt like a gimmick. For over $2400 I could get 1 pair of sneakers and 3 pairs of shoe inserts with varying degrees of aggressive arch support. It would have been a bit over $2000 if bought “today”. A monthly payment plan of $130+ for 18 months was kindly offered. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire which included lifestyle questions to help customize the solution offered, like type of shoes typically worn, but the salesman brought out the recommended solution before I handed him the completed questionnaire back. Without reading it he asked me many of the same questions. While I believe this solution is well researched and genuinely helpful to some people, in my case it felt like a solution in search of a problem.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Shaun. Much to my surprise, Immediately after sitting down, we told Shaun that we BOTH were looking to see what was available that could possibly help us. I was going to go last since my issue wasn’t as severe. Right after and before the sales pitch started, we asked what the cost would be. Shaun responded that it depended on what was needed. Fast forward……. When He quoted the price of approx $1,600, we informed him that we couldn’t afford that. He still tried to make the sale by asking how much could we afford. I then asked him what was the very bottom dollar that we could get the essential of what was needed. The response was $450 plus tax. That was still a little much for our budget. And when he realized he wasn’t going to make the sale, his attitude changed completely. He quit talking and didn’t address my need at that time. Then he said, “ He’s looking at you like I’m supposed to ask you something.” I was so stunned by his behavior. I said, don’t you remember I was wanting a pair of shoes. He brought some out, put them on the floor andWalked away to help other people. He never came back or said another word to us so we got up and left. Lesson of the day: if you don’t buy, you don’t mean anything to us.

I went in and purchased the inserts and the first I had so they gave me different ones and they also didn't work so roughly 500 dollars wasted.

This store is AMAZING!! The stories ARE true, so please believe it. I am writing this review for my husband. We were both in tears and in amazement at the relief he felt immediately after a bad car accident that crushed his heel. Ricky and Michael are absolutely the BEST and care about what they do. If you want to feel better, please go see these guys. I am a believer! Thank you Good Feet Store and special thank you to Michael and Ricky!

I have been listening to the commercials for “The good feet store” for some time now. I believe the commercials are misleading. My wife has had trouble with her feet since she was a teenager. She has experienced foot pain for over 30 years. I wanted to help her anyway I could so I took her to The Good Feet Store. She tried on the inserts, and they did feel good to her. We were told by the sales lady that they had a lifetime warranty and we could come in anytime they were worn and replace them at no charge.I will do anything for my wife so we paid the $1100.00About three months later the inserts were no longer working so we came back. The lady who sold us on this system was no longer there. The two young men who were running the store had her stand in their foot measuring device and told her she needed to upgrade to the next higher insert. We agreed and they said that will be $75. After spending $1100 and told this was a lifetime warranty, now we are being told another $75?The commercials are full of miraculous healings but I think you should know the other side of the story.
