Very fast and efficient but also friendly and informative. They'll always check multiple common maintenance problems and ask if you'd like them fixed that day but if not they're not pushy about it. I always am happy when I leave and there are always good coupons online as well!

Extremely disappointed. First time going yesterday and my suv leaked all the oil. I called the manager and he seemed not to care. He asked me to check the dip stick before he could do anything to see if it was low because he felt like there was “oil still left in the skid plate”… not sure if that’s a common problem but that’s not what happened here, dip stick shows below empty almost not visible. I just need them to make it right. I have work in the morning and I’m not risking using the suv. MLK in Fayetteville.

I really like coming here. It's a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. The right grade of oil, the attentiveness and for like the first time ever, they caught my coolant going bad. And it's fast, no 1 hour+ waits. Time is truly money.

Do not go here. They will leave your oil filter loose, and when it messes up your vehicle their fleet services company will deny liability. Over priced. My 7 year old can change oil better than these under trained people. I can point u to 20 other people w the same problem from multiple take 5 shops. Run¡!!

I was there at 7 at which time they were suppose to be open, but the orange cones were still out. I could see people on the inside so they were there. I finally googled a number and got ahold of someone who was very helpful, she kept me on the line while she contacted them and made sure they came out to help me, she was very nice. Once the services were being given the Techs were very nice also so although I had to wait thirty minutes before being helped I would still give them a nine out of ten

DO NOT COME HERE! I had a terrible experience. I went to get my oil changed on my 2018 Ford edge, it cost over $100 for the most basic oil with no add-ons or filter changes. When I left I immediately got on the highway, Not even two minutes after leaving take fivemy car jerked to the right (almost made me wreck) and started making a horrible noise, I made it back To the take five and got out and looked at my car and a large chunk of metal was hanging loose. When I let the mechanic know what had happened. they were very condescending and acted like it happens all the time and said they had just forgotten to screw the piece back in. The piece was a $200 piece of my car and the only thing they said they could do was try to screw the piece back in. Just save your time and money and go to Walmart or literally anywhere else to get your oil changed, especially if you’re a woman. These kind of things should not happen if you pay someone over $100 just to change oil.

Very kind and knowledgeable about their craft. This is my go-to oil change stop and haven’t looked back!They are fast and convenient and their prices are pretty good too. I’ve no negative things to say about them.

Very nice guys! They are always so nice and helpful. I use to go to the dealership to get my oil changed but Take 5 have always did a great job. I trust them with my car!

Very quick service, extremely friendly mechanics! Blake was awesome. He explained my options and offered a suggestion based on how I use my car. He answered all my questions and was very friendly about it. And he didn’t judge me when I forgot how to open the hood of my car. Or he at least waited to laugh before he walked away. Much appreciated. ?

The guys working were very busy only 2 at the time so it wasn't a 5min wait ... There were 3 vehicles in the stalls when I arrived with cars behind them making me 3rd in line..when I was able to see them walking around, I noticed some slipping of their feet. Can't you use sand or some kind of litter to make it safer....Also the price to me was alarming, I'm a senior on very fixed income and getting an oil change can be stretched.I read in another review that a guy bought his own oil and filter and the guys did the job for them at a reasonable price ... What would THAT price be, I may consider that in future.???Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I came back to NW Ar on vacation and someone recommended I try the new place rake 5 for an oil change before returning home to Utah. For some reason I went there. I ASK IF THEY CHECKED ALL THE FLUIDS AND THEY LOOKED AT ME CRAZY. I paid what I thought was alot for no more than an oil change and It was not quick like ol' faithful quick lube we made a joke that wasn't the name. When I got to Montana I started having an issue and checked the oil and it barely read anything. No my car uses a little around the time to change the oil and it wasnt blown out. How I made it that far I have no idea. I've traveled everywhere for work and never had one issue ever. This company was full of kids on their phone and I'll never go back or recommend them.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, have your kiddo take your car to Take 5 Oil Change on MLK Blvd. Our daughter went in the have them check the oil level, check only (and it was fine), and they proceeded to change the oil for $94.00 without telling her first. And of course, when I called to complain and spoke to Colton, the manager, the story was "Oh no, she said to change it." He said, she said... I wish I was there to have heard the discourse.

My daughter took her care here to have the oil changed. The attendant forgot to screw the skid plate back on. She left with and it quickly began dragging the ground. She went back to the store and the manager said he would order her a new one and call her in a few days to put it on. He never called, she called several times and went to the location but each time was told a different story. Being a college young girl I guess they thought they could treat her like this. After several phone call attempts from me long distance I finally got some information. No one had done anything to fix this, not ordered the part. While on the phone with The manager, who initially told us that it was being ordered, called his general manager who told him he’d have to order the part. He wasn’t sure when he would be at that location nor have time to order it. This incident happened August 31, it is now September 25th and they still have not resolved their mistake. After multiple emails and phone calls to their corporate office we still have not had anyone to fix this minor problem. I absolutely would not take your car to this place. Worst service I have ever had, not to mention the run around and lies that were told to us. What a simple thing to get right Take 5, fix your mistake or you don’t deserve to be in bussiness.Service: Oil change

After several visits here over the past 7 months with a newly purchased used car .I used them after redeeming free oil changes given to me by my dealer ....but after my last visit then subsequent visit I will never go there again and frankly I don't even want any further explanation for their errors . Their employees are not the problem it is that they have not been properly trained . Then they are instructed to give answers that are ridiculous. After less than 3 weeks after an oil change we were changing out our transmission fluid....which they said they could not do....then after we checked the oil and there's none ....so we put oil in then drove it to the same location..the employee told me after popping my hood that the engine in my Kia Soul is why anf that these types of engines use more oil than other's.....in which I asked why in all the other changes done here by you ...I had no problems and never had to add between changes ? And now less than 3 weeks no oil ....but I got the run around as a woman from that point on..so I guess he really didn't understand. But he had me pull up and he checked oil then added 1 quart then he said it would be okay and guided me out .So it was pointless for me to try and get any answers . At that point I drove to Take 5 car wash and I washed it then while cleaning it up..my grandson and his friend who work there approach ask what they told me ....then one laid under my Kia and said the bolt was loose and I retrieved the tool kit from the rear and he tightened it then he said it looked like the it was not tightened properly and then he asked me where I had taken it and he works for the Grease Pig so he told me to take my car in to be checked out . My dealer is making the appointment nowBut it was a bad experience all around they didn't change my oil filter and left the bolt loose ....the sticker they put in for your next visit was only 2,000 miles instead of 3,000It's sad but it's not a professional place if you ask my opinion and I am 62 years young
