I recently got a brand new Nissan Kicks here. I had such a great experience! Jessica and Jacob were absolutely incredible with helping me through the process and making sure I got exactly what I asked for. They made the process so easy and understandable to a person who’s never bought a car before. I highly recommend Superior Nissan and definitely ask for Jessica or Jacob.

My review is of the Service Department. I have never enjoyed dealing with any Service Departments with my vehicles but I have been in twice in the last 5 months with two different issues and Mason resolved them both on the first try. There was no over promise and he was always super easy and inviting to work with. Super pleased with both experiences and won't hesitate to contact him in the future. Keep Mason around, Superior Nissan.

Superior ripped me off so bad. I’m a single mom and don’t know much about purchasing a vehicle so I trusted them to help. At first, I bought a Sentra and put 5k down. I kept having trouble with it and needing to bring it in for repairs so I asked to trade for something else. They had me trade for a Rogue. They told me it was 30 something thousand so I needed to trade my dodge journey I had at the time so I could get it down to 27k. They told me it was so rare they made deals that good and I should be so excited. Well, come to find out its value is only around 22k!! I lost my dodge, $5k, and owe several thousand dollars over its value. I’m needing to sell it because I can’t afford the payments but I can’t because I owe more than it’s worth. Please don’t go to Superior. They absolutely will take advantage of you if at all possible. Beware single mothers!

Bruno turned an easily horrible situation into a great experience. My car broke down while visiting my son, had no plans on buying a car, but was left with no choice. Bruno, helped me find a great car and walk me through the process. In the end, I left with a pretty new car and a wonderful experience. Go see Bruno if you need a new or used vehicle! You won't be disappointed.

My experience here is why I hate the car buying process. Did not feel like a valued customer as I was having to negotiate every little thing some of which was standard at many dealerships.
Probably the most annoying of all was the sales manager. He tried to justify their Google rating as justification for not wanting to meet my request before purchase.
This part probably would have been ignored if it weren’t for the calls I am receiving today in regard to my trade-in. They asked me for the title when it has a lien and is not accessible by me. It took two phone calls for this to still not be understood. This is not our first purchase or trade-in, so I don’t get how they don’t understand what to do. I called my bank and the dealership sent the payoff and they would have to wait 10 days for it to be processed and sent to them. They clearly were not communicating with the bank after the payoff.
Finance manager was probably the most the most honest and helpful and made us feel like a customer and not sales commission.
The sales manager asked for my honest opinion in a review after a few weeks, so here it is. If they had the vehicle I really wanted like this time at a price I agree with I would come here again, but if I was just shopping it’s not a place I’m stopping by.

Tim my sales guy was awesome! My current car transmission went out so had to break down and start searching. I had gotten financing through my credit union. Tim and the team were able to beat my credit union by 2%. I even opt to buy new vs used. Thanks everyone at Nissan in Fayetteville, AR.
