Do not buy a used vehicle from here.They guarantee it with a “inspection” but apparently it means nothing.Before my first payment on the vehicle I had to replace the transmission. They did work with me and agreed to cover all expenses besides $2500. Fine.Had another issue that requires the battery to be disconnected and reconnected for a minute. Wouldn’t do it without charging me.Overall I am less than impressed with the quality of service received here. For somewhere that claims to be superior, they sell less than superior used vehicles, all while assuring you it is in great condition and has undergone a rigorous inspection. Buy somewhere else.

They were able to schedule an appointment for me within a day or two for a transmission flush. The time it took was rather close to what they said, as well as the price ??

Tyler was very helpful and knew exactly what we were looking for. Between Tyler, jeb and Martin we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We just bought a vehicle in August and found ourself in another situation where we needed another new car. All were kind and helpful and made it as speedy as possible .

I came there for an oil change and to have my tires rotated as always. I also mentioned for the second time now to the service agents that I'm getting horrible gas mileage on the vehicle that I purchased from you last year and no one really seems to want to do anything about it unless there is a light of some kind coming on the dashboard. Which there was but then it was cleared. Not only do I regret purchasing this vehicle but also purchasing the useless warranty that I added on. It's pathetic that mechanics need computers to tell them what to do these days. Meanwhile I'm riding around getting 225 Mi to the tank in a vehicle that is a 4 cylinder with a flex fuel system. I should be getting the best gas mileage in town. And I should also be getting the best service in town according to your brand but that's not true in reality. There is more to the story and I would love to go over it with someone who is ABOVE the management team in the service department as they are basically useless also.

Poor experience, steer clear if you want any form of transparency because they wont give it. All I asked for was the out the door price and transparency on all the fees and costs involved with the final price of the car. I was told I would receive that yet I didn’t. I was contacted by multiple sales associates over the course of days with neither willing to answer my simple questions. Then when I notified I wouldn’t come in until they told me the price of the car, the sales manager Hayden said he would get me the price only to ignore me completely in the end. Utter lack of of professionalism. I would’ve loved to have made a fair deal and come and pick up the car, it seems they weren’t interested however.

Service Department with exceptional customer service!I trust Superior Buick with my older model Buick. The prices are fair and the value is in the knowledgable technicians and staff working together to promptly get the car repaired. The shuttle service has been a life saver. The phone calls from friendly staff to keep me informed is an outstanding attribute in customer care. This dealership is the high bar of excellence.

Needed a new transmission on a used vehicle before I even made my first payment. Was told it was rigorously tested and inspected. They did help cover the cost of a new transmission since it was only a month since I purchased it. I am not happy, but they attempted to make it right which helps alot.

I’ve grown to really like the service at superior. It all started with the owner who is an honest great guy and the service guys have been professional and very attentive with their service since I’ve started coming to superior . I had a bad experience from where I bought my truck, I wish I had bought it from superior. Thanks guys. Keep up the great job

I am very impressed with the service that I received here. Nothing like a regular dealer; they were friendly and they were patient with all of my questions. I felt they were on my side and gave me the best deal for my needs. I strongly recommend this place, Landen is a great salesman, He did a great job!

My truck was experiencing a few shutter issues. The team at Superior scheduled my diagnostic test and was able to figure out the issue within a couple of days. They then started the process of repairs and was able to fix the issue!

Made an appointment to get my info service center worked on. When I arrived was told I should not have been told they could work on it in one hour. Was then told it would cost me $175 to check it out and that I would have to leave the vehicle. I bought the vehicle new—2019 GMC Canyon—and paid for a 100,000 mile warranty. They told me they would have to submit the repairs and could not guarantee me they would be covered.Don’t let the finance manager talk you into purchasing a $2,000 warranty you cannot use!!!!!!

Inherited my father's preowned GMC Yukon Denali when I totaled my previous vehicle and he decided to upgrade.Have taken it in for service twice and am very impressed with the service department. They make the process easy and stress-free.Recently the check engine light had been coming on every now and then and so I took it in and they did a free diagnostic check. Most other dealerships would probably charge you for that.Edgar has been my service advisor and has been rock solid both times and super friendly. I've had bad experiences at other dealerships (looking at you Crain) but it's been great so far at this Superior location.

We drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle they had to have the manager and salesman jack the price on us. We had a agreed price that he did not honor. No apologies just lies. Terrible place to buy a vehicle. They won’t call me back or let me speak to a higher manager. Won’t be back! The salesman were rude and lazy. We watch the news every morning and they always have a superior commercial on there seemed like a good place but wasn’t.
