Normally have a good experience here but recently we purchased 2 dozen of their big minnows to use catfishing. When we got to the lake not even an hour later 6 of the biggest ones were dead already. By the end of the night we ran out of bait early and discovered they only gave us 18 instead of the 24 we paid for. Any bait store I've ever bought from normally errs on the side of caution giving you more than you purchase as it's hard to verify count as they're all swimming around in the bait cooler. First time I've ever been shorted on bait.

We went to Southtown to get my bow worked on and Cody was super helpful and took the time to work with me on getting everything sighted in perfectly. I cannot thank him enough for the patience and time he took on getting me ready for bow season! Would recommend to anyone!

I go pretty far out of my way to get my fishing supplies from this store. Great service, good selection, good prices. Live bait. Even some tackle-making supplies. They will spook up your reals on site. They carry tackle by local vendors in addition to national brands. Support your local, family-owned, business!
