Morgan at Southern Loft is wonderful to work with. She will help you customize an order that is perfect for your needs. We had a bit of a problem with the manufacturer for my recent order, and she went to bat to get everything resolved (keeping me updated every step of the way). I’m so happy with my new pieces from Southern Loft!

Like most people I depend on reviews to help me decide where to shop. I purchased furniture from Southern Loft and had a terrible experience. The quality of the furniture was bad and the customer service was also not great. After doing a quick Google search of the owner, I realized that he creates a false internet presence by writing reviews for his company. Those he is affiliated with do the same. I wish I had known this before purchasing furniture from Southern Loft. I only went there in the first place because of the positive reviews.

I have a long, narrow living room with 13 foot ceilings. I have tried for years to maximize the seating area but always bought the wrong furniture. Celeste could see I was very unsure of what to buy and came by my home and gave many suggestions. Her associate Morgan was helpful as well and helped me pick out a beautiful sofa. These two ladies hearts are in the right place. It is not about making the sale but making sure you are happy in your space. My husband and I took Celeste’s suggestions and then used our creativity to make it cozy. We now can seat 7 people comfortably and entertain more!

Fantastic array of quality furniture products. Was able to come into this store and decorate our master bedrooms sitting area with the help of multiple sales associates who helped us design and create a fantastic space. Would definitely highly recommend coming here for help designing your home. They’ve got much more than furniture as well, from counters to tiles and a ton, literally a one stop shop for high end home products.

I don’t live in Fayetteville so when I come to town, Southern Loft is my favorite place to shop for unique, beautiful quality furniture, accessories, and home decor.They have a full range of design services and Celeste is number one when it comes to creativity, style, advice, recommendations, design help and more.The furnishings are gorgeous and even the rugs and pillows are perfection. There is so much to see at Southern Loft! You’ve got to give it a try.

We are new to the are and have been shopping all over Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale and Fayetteville for some new items for our house. We found a very warm welcome and wonderful guide (Angie) to show us around. Within a short amount of time we found several pieces we have not been able to find anywhere. Here knowledge of the furniture, builder and time frame to order was excellent. I am certain we will be back to finish our new home purchases.

The vibe as soon as you walk into Southern Loft is so welcoming. Just a few steps in, and my husband was already saying "Oh yes, this is where we're going to find our couch." Angie greeted us pretty soon into our adventure and was super helpful/knowledgeable. A lot of her input helped inform our decisions. She sent us home with some fabrics so we could take our time deciding on a customization for a couch we really liked, and the next day, we walked away with not one, but two couches, as well as a comfy chair for the living room and a pillow. Technically, we only have one couch right now as the other three items are being made, but it was such a fun and exciting experience, and we really felt like everyone there shared in our excitement, which was great. Southern Loft feels upscale, yet there's something for everyone. The staff is so friendly, the place is clean and everything is so beautifully displayed. This is also the kind of place where you can get assistance with interior design, which we'll definitely be keeping in mind. I've already referred my mother in love here, and of course, will spread the word to anyone looking for furnishings.

Everyone is always very helpful and takes the time to ensure our comfort and overall happiness prior to finalizing our purchases. We always look forward to looking around the store to see what's new! We recently purchased several custom pieces and are very happy with how they turned out.

This is a very unique store with excellent customer service. They have so many options for tile and wood flooring. We enjoyed our visit but didn't find what we were looking for. This is more for custom interior design and having someone willing to help you every step, this is not just a showroom or a box store. Worth a visit if you're doing updates or building as you'll get a very personal experience.
