I pulled into this body shop after noticing my car was getting extremely hot and knew something wasn’t right. It was 7:20 in the morning and the owner came out and helped me and fixed the problem.His kindness makes me want to come back and use him for all of my body shop needs!

i took my car to sines auto body shop after a wreck that wasn't deemed my fault, they did an estimation and i told them what all was wrong with my vehicle and they only fixed the cosmetic. here i am now 3 months later and i'm finding out that the wheel wobble was actually due to welding the broke during the wreck, and the scraping sound i described to them was my motor mount. i just got quoted at 3500 which is cheap for what all they missed. i've been driving unsafely on the roads for months due to the negligence of the people here at sines. would not recommend and will not be using again. all of the things wrong with my vehicle are due to the wreck i was in, sines really only made my car look pretty again and didn't inform me of any of these issues at the time. -10 stars after this experience.

I rated it a 3 because after I got it back, the lights inside the car started to go in and out which i need to get looked at now so it has to go back in the shop. The car did look great, they cleaned it for me and the body looked nice but it's just now my lights are flickering in and out and they weren't before so I'm not sure if something came loose but if something came Loose, wouldn't it be loose in the back where it was getting fixed and not the front?

Horrible service. Got a car through Carvana, had some cosmetic issues, took it to this body shop to have some scuffs and scratches buffed/polished. I dropped it off at 9:30am, and showed up at 4:30pm to pick it up. When I picked it up I noticed that multiple spots that were supposed to be taken care of weren't. They had my car for three weeks just to fix my bumper only for me to pick up my truck today and now I have two huge cracks on my windshield. The guy told me it was because of the cold weather and that’s how it was cracked Smh They are dirty and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I would definitely recommend using Sines for any body work needed. Our daughter needed to get her car fixed and everyone we spoke with was friendly and gave great customer service. Excellent prices and they do great work. I hope we don’t have to use them again but on the off chance we do- we are calling Sines!
