These guys listen to your situation and keep you updated with any recommendations and at the right price! The thing that really made my schedule easy is the after hours pick up. I have one sprinter van that I use every day for my mobile pet grooming business. The van is my livelihood. Mercedes has never once made me feel like a priority as business owner who relies on their sprinter. Automatic 2+ day stay for my van for any diagnostic. I called Schuler's and they saw me same day and figured out the issue in half an hour. These people know customer service! I am so thankful to have found them!

A customer over 30 years, thru ?6? cars! They just keep em running! We drive thru 3 other cities to get there for service. Very fair pricing.
Three generations running it, so they know what the generations before knew. We’ve always bought all our cars from them, all perfect! Trust worthy, honest, knowledgeable. I could write a book!!

They are always helpful, especially when providing money-saving recommendations. The perfect place for any service not covered by vehicle warranty for BMW and Mercedes cars. If they find an issue that should be covered, they will let you know! Thorough mechanical work, too.

My friends have been using Shuler's for years for all of their Mercedes vehicles and highly recommended them for my recently acquired SUV. I was able to get in quickly for an oil change, and the cost was nearly the same as it had been on my prior Chevy car!I never felt like they were trying to sell me on anything which is the first time that did not happen at a service place. They were all incredibly friendly and kind when I asked for clarification, more details, or for the information to be in writing so I couldn't forget it. They clearly explained what the vehicle inspection found, let me know that I needed new tires as the ones on it were really worn out, and provided the available tire options plus explained the differences between them. Unlike every other time that I have replaced tires, they weren't trying to pressure me into the most expensive option. At no point did I ever feel like their goal was to get me to spend as much money as possible.If you have a Mercedes and are looking for a family-run business that will take care of you, I highly recommend you check them out!Services: Tires
