Avoid these gas pumps at all costs.
At work we use Shell credit cards so I have to stop here to get gas sometimes. Yesterday I tried 3 different gas pumps here because the credit card readers weren't working. This has been a problem for many years!

Extremely poor customer service. Would love to go more in detail to someone who would do something about it. Needless to say thank God kum&go opened down the street. I love shelll but won't be back to this one and I always avoid it when possible.

Only had bad experiences with Shell gas stations in this area. This particular one always has the outside payment broken and requires a prepayment inside to work. Also 20% of the pumps are out of order. The credit card reader was broken inside as well so couldn’t even use credit card rewards. Horrible. Step it up Shell, do something.

Gas pumps never work. I’ve had my card get locked in them multiple times. Avoid if possible.

Don't buy gas at the pump here. My credit card got scanned by a theif at their pump and compromised my credit card. Started buying all sorts of stuff from amazon, pizza joints, and bought a few sucriptions to Netflix and Disney+. Their pumps are rigged! DO NOT USE A CARD AT THE PUMP HERE!!!I hope the police find that POS.
