Horrendous customer service in the tire and auto department. We went today, 1/28/24, and tried to buy a new tire and have it put on our rim and put back on our car. They let us know it would be a few hour wait. Then 2.5 hours later one of the two men, the man with the beard, let us know that they could mount our tire on the rim but they did not have time to put it back on the car. I didn’t really understand how the shortest and easiest part for them wouldn’t be possible, but I said that was fine and just to mount the tire on the rim and I’d change the tire in the parking lot. The bearded man said okay and that he could meet us in the parking lot with our newly mounted tire. We walk out and this man hands us our brand new tire unmounted and said that was all he could do. This guy was very rude and refused to mount the tire after he said he could just minutes earlier and told me I was on my own. I completely understand they were backed up that day, but he told us he was bringing us the new tire on the rim and instead just handed us a tire and didn’t even offer to refund us the fee we paid for him to mount the tire and place it back in the car. I’m happy to change my own tire, but don’t charge me to mount a tire on the rim and then be rude to me over you overcharging me and not doing a job you said you were doing.

I went with my wife and son to the highway 112 Fayetteville Arkansas location, spent a couple hundred dollars on overpriced food, made to appear to be a good deal by selling it in bulk size packaging. We didn't steal anything. I've never been guilty of, so I've never been in trouble for shoplifting but for some reason, when I left the store and my family loaded up in the car and pulled out of our parking spot. A police officer got behind me and aggressively followed me through the crowded parking lot and pulled me over about a quarter of a mile away. The officer told me he pulled me over because I missed court and I had a warrant for my arrest and then told me that he was alerted by Sam's club facial recognition technology. I won't be shopping there again not because I plan on missing my next court date but because I don't need the government or marketing hyenas or anyone else knowing what I spend my money on and where I decide to use it. Total invasion of privacy. That led to the embarrassment to my family and myself and the fear and trauma that my son had to go through on the side of the highway on a windy 12 degree day

I've been coming to this Sam's Club for a few years now and it's always been kept clean and everything on the shelves has always been neat. Definitely a good place to buy bulk items.

It's the holidays and no Turkeys, and the hams are bone in 5lbs or less, pre seasoned with sugar...like this is what folks are going to serve for large gatherings? Unbelievable.

I’m not one to complain much, usually give good reviews but…..Great place to shop but trying to reach them at customer service is a pain. You call and press to talk to customer service and it just rings. I called back and pressed tire and auto and asked for customer service and was told they have direct line to customer service. Optical picks up and I tell them no one will answer in customer service and if I could get transferred there. He said no problem but may take a min they are busy. Continued holding for about 5 min and then someone hangs up the phone up on me……. Need to work on customer service cause this isn’t the first time this has happened……..

Had a good time checking out the store. The hot dogs were great!!I pray y'all will build one in Warner Robins, GA. We have no wholesale stores. Off of Hwy 96 they don't have any department stores. Please consider us. We need y'all.

So I bought tires under warranty here. I have an all wheel drive car. Long story short, almost had a blowout… the tire is down to metal and even though all tires were bought here under warranty. …. They can’t replace one without me having to purchase 4 new ones? ! Oh and when you call…. The store says they are just so swamped the tire part can’t answer… but when you drive around back they have 3 lanes roped no cars. And no cars in … and everyone outside laughing around. So doubt “being too busy” is the problem.
