I tried to order paper towels for pickup, but it says it is not available for pickup. Don't really understand that. So because of this, I had to come into the store on a Sunday morning. The results of my trip resulted in me buying the Giant Camp Chair that's kinda awesome. Was the trip worth it? Only time will tell. I will report back after I take this chair to tailgates, concert in the park, and other outdoor gatherings.

We went to Sam's yesterday during our trip the whole building lost power, we waited in a check out line while power came back on as we were not in any hurry as our turn came our sams card kept declining and they kept telling us we had no money even though we showed them it had plenty, so I tried a diffrent card and same thing, I believe at this time a manager came to "help" he did not have a name tag but was helping other employees, 4 cards 3 diffrent banks later he kept telling me I'm sorry you have no money this is an issue with your bank but I told him no its not any of my cards problems yall lost power it is on your end not mine he finally moved us to another register and first scan of our sams club card it worked just fine he literally huffed and walked away no an apology or anything. I then used one of my bank card at the food court and once again first go around worked just fine! Worst customer service we have ever experienced.

Bring back chirros and I will give you back your stars! Chirros were my little guilt snack I get from my favorite shopping place. Please consider it ? other wise this Sam club is very nice and the people who work there are a joy.

Some of the worst service I have ever received. Placed an order for my employer well within our hours of operation. The order was an hour late after we closed. The help line told me to drive to the Sam’s club location myself to pick up the order when they failed to contact the driver, otherwise they couldn’t help me. When I called the store location they flat out refused to reschedule my order after I had already been waiting for an hour. I can’t get in touch with anyone about the status of my order at the store or at the help desk and have received zero communication. I would recommend shopping elsewhere or at least avoid delivery.

I tried to use the mobile app and employees thought I was from the future or something. None had and idea it was a thing. Long story short I had to get a new membership card while I was here because they couldn’t comprehend that a membership card was on the phone. Mark was no help at all.

I just absolutely love Sam's! I just want to buy everything when I go there! The staff is always super nice. And I really love their selection of pretty much everything! And the stores always really clean. And grabbing a piece of pizza and a drink combo with tax included was only $2.74. And the slice of pizza was huge! And that is a great deal.

Renewed my membership today, things have changed since I was here last, I had a problem with self checkout, I asked a cashier if she could help, she had a lane closed sign up, she didn't hesitate offering to check me out, thank you Tayla, your an asset to Sam's club.
