I found a screw in my tire this morning and popped over to the Fayetteville Sam’s to get it checked out. Justin in the tire and battery shop helped me out and he was fantastic. He explained everything to me carefully and to the point, didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions and truly made me feel like I was in good hands and good to leave in a better situation than how I arrived! Totally recommend this place, ask for Justin! I will be back!

I have not tried to get tires at Sam’s yet. I am looking for a set of new tires to buy but I see too many negative reviews about Sam’s to even consider taking my car there. So I’ll keep looking at other places.

I had to order my tires set of 4. I was told thay would be in 3 to 4 days. I checked on the 6th day, and they said the tires were in. I went to Sam's in Fayetteville talked to the gentleman at the tire and battery desk and explained to him I had to go out of town on Monday and the tires were supposed to been in two days ago that's why I got the there. He told me I was supposed to make an appointment, and the soonest one they had was Thursday today is Saturday. He then told me to be here tomorrow at 10am when they opened and he would get me in second because my tires were late. Great, I showed up Sunday morning at 9:30 am. when the door opened at 10 am. I went straight to the tire desk there was only one person at the tire shop 5 minutes later a hispanic guy showed up and opend a register i explained to the Hispanic gentleman behind the desk my situation he told me no way without an appointment. I told him I would have to figure something out and walked away. I called my wife and talked to her about our problem. I then looked over at the desk and bought guys we're just standing there doing nothing. I've been a business owner 20+ years. Sam's has a problem in this department. I would start with the management Lewis. I did buy the tires, but I will have to take them to another business to have them installed. I will never depend on Sam's to help me or my family again.

I got my tires rotated and serviced. Upon check in to check out, I was taken great care of! Really appreciated the thoroughness and efficiency and friendliness of myvv bc service technician! Great work! My go to place for tires!

Don't even think you can do anything without an appointment. Typically only ONE or TWO people working at a time. Don't even waste your time, unless you can plan your tire emergency ahead of time.

This is a nice, large Sam's Club. The traffic and parking here is a little crazy though especially the gas station. I like that it is conveniently located right off the interstate. The store itself is usually nicely stocked, lots of samples, beautiful fresh flowers, and has a larger than normal clothing area, in my opinion. The seafood and meat dept is also really large compared to other stores I have been to. The tire and battery section has a friendly staff that were helpful and knowledgable when I brought my car in yesterday for a tire roation. Here are my few issues: besides being crowded this is the only Sam's Club I have been to that many of the sale items I purchased rang up full price even after I verified via the app that they were in deed on sale. So I had to go to customer service after and go through the process of a refund. Also, when I called the store # to make a tire appt, it was sent to a call center. She made my appt at 130 but when I showed up today for my appt they said it was at 1 and they don't take appts on the half hour and they always have issues with the call center scheduling incorrectly. So I had to wait and be fit in for an appt. Frustrating that they are aware of this issue, but it is still happening.

We had a mechanic warn us that our tires looked worn out beyond what they should for their age, and we tried to have them replaced as they're under warranty. The Sam's tire service claimed they are only worn on the outside wall and therefore it's mechanical and the warranty is void. They even refused to rotate the tires, which was included in our tire purchase.This is not my first experience like this with Sam's. They're also supposed to patch tires for free included with the lifetime of the tire, but I was turned away when I brought in a flat recently with my van riding on a donut, and they just said they weren't taking walk ins.Sam's does not honor it's warranty commitments. We will not be buying tires here again.

Got a bolt stuck in my tired yesterday and it became shredded on the way to Sam's Club. I got it there, they tried to make me buy two tires even though I just needed one and could only afford one. They said it's against their policy to let me only buy one because it was a safety issue since the other tired needed replacing as well since it was a bald. Didn't they realize it's more of a safety hazard making me drive on a shredded tire across town to the next place? They are just greedy trying to make me spend more money. Not concern for my health what's so ever.

Terrible customer service. My daughter spent over $600 on tires here less than 6 months ago. The tires were supposed to have a warranty but after they deteriorated and wore down to the point that they were showing threads, after only 6,000 miles, Sam's REFUSES to honor the warranty. My daughter had a blowout on I-49 which could have obviously put her life in danger. Again Sam's doesn't care. All they care about is making more money at a time when people are struggling to make ends meet. Disgusted. I will NOT be renewing my membership!

Edit: we have had the tires replaced now. The appointments are an hour long, but it actually took almost 2 hours to have tires replaced. I’ll add a star because the tires appear to be put on correctly, but customer service and wait times could be improved.I will update this review if/when we receive the service. I ordered tires online to have Sam’s install at a later date. I was notified the tires were ready to install, so I drove to the store. The clerk was very irritable, and the tires cannot be installed for almost another week.

For baked potatoes, these are pathetically small. Typically they sell bags with nice large one, but these are tiny. The buyer for Sam's should get the large ones and send these baby ones back #samsclub #smallpotatoes

We just joined and I really like the scan and pay feature! I scan the items I put in my cart using the Sams club app and check out using the app when I'm finished shopping! It's literally scan, pay and go! The store is big and clean and has lots of fresh produce, meats, dairy and other selections. And gas prices at the pump are great too!

Get this! 12 year Toyota Highlander, factory wheels & lug nuts.. took it to Fayetteville Sam's for new tires, ( pre-paid) $700 plus dollars, the tire tech said they couldn't replace the tires because the lug nuts had swelled up!?! Said I would need to buy new lug nuts! Geez! Talk about incompetent... How pathetic! Yeah go somewhere else!
