If you are a professional stylist looking for quality tools that are slightly affordable please DONT BUY THESE RAINBOW PAIR FROM THE BRAND SALON CARE.!!!! Money waisted on tools that are useless. I can’t even cut hair with these because the shears are so tight and built wrong that the shears keys meant to loosen and tighten just bends so the shears remain too tight with the blades just scraping against one another.!

I usually receive very good service here when I purchase my hair color. When I asked and questioned the price for nail polish, I was told it was in the wrong spot. I then selected a different one. I was never told my transaction would be suspended, and they would start helping another customer. The cashier charged me and put the receipt in the bag and said, "There you go." There was no willingness to help or have a nice day, or thank you for shopping, etc. Poor service this time. I hope it is better next time.

Customer service was on point. The store manager was very helpful. I will definitely return to this location for future needs. Sally's Beauty has definitely improved from past years at this location, and at Siloam Springs. These are now my goto stores!!!?️??️??️?

These employees value their conversations more than assisting their customers. They were all huddled behind the counter, talking amongst themselves while customers wandered in and out. Not to mention, when I asked one of them to assist me after clearly wandering around the store clueless for what I needed, none of them knew what to suggest to me. One of the girls managed to pick a product that might work, even though it wasn’t really what I needed. There were 5 girls behind that counter and only 1 of them bothered to assist customers that had questions. Will never shop here again.

I’m quite introverted at times and don’t appreciate feeling pressured or continuously followed by staff. Though she did help me with some questions it made me feel uncomfortable not being left alone. I was browsing a bit trying to shop for a relative, I was waiting for a response to make sure I was buying the correct product. Even when telling staff this they asked me questions that I wouldn't be able to answer- as stated, it wasn’t for me. The experience with the employee made me feel a bit dumb… that feeling made me decide to leave fast. not sure I feel comfortable returning. I even noticed them taking after I left. Staff is friendly, but sometimes i just want to be left alone to shop and not be judged by it…

They make u feel like your going to steal something they like hover you. The reason I take a while cause sometimes I like to look.. so I got tired of both locations so I used the free 2 hour delivery. Well it don't tell you untill after that if you did your order after 4 pm your stuff will be delivered the next day. Well I wouldn't mind if I got the right hair color. I was about to open it and mix it and it was like burgundy brown when I asked for radiant raspberry I don't see how that's a mess up when they're both different colors. Smh

My scalp was very itchy and being a woman of color, it was a challenge for me to choose which product would work best for me. The lady didn’t refuse and showed me the best product for my hair. It instantly relieved my irritation and itchiness. So thank you Sally’s beauty would highly recommend ??
