Felt unwelcome and watched so hard by the employees. I wanted a pair of shoes and had the money for them but felt so uncomfortable and so much anxiety. Literally could not walk without an employee within a few feet of me. Not sure how bad of a theft issue they have but this is not how you treat customers.

I ordered 2 sneakers on Nov 4 and was canceled and still waiting for refund because an address issue They emailed me about and did not fix.I replaced the order on Nov 8 with the correct address and then received an email today saying the order is canceled due to unforseen circumstances.WHERE'S MY REFUND?

The team there is super friendly and great to help out . Came in right before close and they didn't make me feel rushed and let me look around until I found something I was comfortable with. I love that they had some Mavs gear I could grab! Oh and they told me about the buy one get one free on hats . That was clutch. Will definitely be back everytime I'm in the area!

Drove 2 hours just to go here! Finally, a shoe store with shoes ? I'm a shoe collector ? my only wish is they'd had more, but I did get me a pair of offline 2.0 to add to my stash...will definitely be returning here or one of their other locations in the future

Had a great experience buying shoes from a very fashionable employee. With his dreads and artful nails, I knew he wouldn't stear me wrong. I'd been working 12 hour days and my feet were swelling and painful. He made a few suggestions, and I went with the first ones, a pair of Adidas Ultra Boost PrimeBlue, and did not regret it. Ankle swelling went away, and feet recovered 100%. Literally saved the day! Thank-you RockCityKicks!!!

Faulty card system. Took no ownership. First time visit. Will never visit again. Second issue with machine in two days. No customer warning in regards to card machine issue. “Manager” pretty much called myself and my bank a liar as we both provided proof. “Manager” needs to learn how to take better care with processing customers money. As well as making sure processing machines function properly.
