They put in an AC compressor for me a few years ago but car stopped cooling a week ago. I made the mistake of going to Firestone first - Firestone charged charged me $220 in diagnostics and told me I needed a new AC kit. Richard Mayes took a look and had my AC going again in under 3 hours, no money out, and definitely no new compressor. Thank you very much, Ryan!

Dropped my car off on Monday, and by Wednesday, they called me with full details of the problem and a more than reasonable price. I was back on the road that same day! Very friendly, professional, and prompt! Will be using their services again!

My son attends college at U of A and had the front ball joint break on his Honda. Since he is not from Arkansas we had no idea where to find a honest and reliable shop. After some searching we found Richard Mayes and couldn't be happier. They were upfront there would be a wait due to how busy they were. The service we received was excellent with great communication and only recommendations minus the pressure or dishonesty you might find elsewhere . I can't recommend Richard Mayes Auto enough. I used them for my car back in College and now I am using them for my kids cars. They are always very reasonably priced, and always make repairs in a timely manner. They communicate very well and keep me informed on the cars progress. Highly trusted and reliable service. Outstanding service! First time customer and when I needed someone Ryan was there with all details to what was wrong with my 20 year old vehicle. Service is exceptionally fast here as well. I expected a longer wait time but everything was done in a timely manner. Great communication! Plus they made my vehicle drive better than it was before I bought it. It’s hard when my kids car is having trouble and I live two states away. I researched places to take it. Richard Mays kept coming up as one of the best. And I completely agree.
