Trustworthy and genuine describes David, the owner of Rainbow Service Tech Inc.
I've been wronged by so many auto shops that I became my own mechanic & I don't give my trust or respect to auto shops. You've gotta give me a reason to come and use my hard earned money at your shop.
David and his crew worked on my Jeep when the heat index was over 100 degrees with no AC inside the bays & they have to go home earlier in the evening when it's hot out; so cut them a break if it takes some extra time with the heat out.
Just like you and me, these guys have hearts. They didn't wrong me & I felt respected. Respect is all I ask for.
On my way to my families properties near David's shop, I saw that my Jeep had been parked inside the shop when they were closed. This was a surprise; I expected my Jeep to sitting in the perking lot. The level of detail down to protecting my Jeep while they were closed speaks about their attitude about respecting other people's cars.

We are from Indiana and were just passing through when we heard a weird sound from the brakes. We called almost every shop in Fayetteville and none could fit us in to take a look, until we called David here. From the beginning he was kind and helpful. He said he would move some things around to take a look at them the next day! We stopped by and he examined our brakes to make sure they were safe for us to get back on the road. He went out of his way to help us and we cannot thank him enough.

I called and he was rude and didn't want to work on a 76 dodge RV which is no different from the mechanics of a regular Van, not worth trying to work with in my opinion.

I always like to go by and look at the cars and trucks that he has forsale. Fair prices and the visibility right there on the corner is a prized location. he could rent out space to car sellers and get a lot of attention!
